Absolutely love this gym! It’s always clean and running so smoothly! The trainers are awesome and super attentive! It’s the variety of workouts that change daily that insures you don’t get “bored” of the same workouts over and over! The 30 minutes fly by! 10/10 would recommend!

UPDATE to the UPDATE: I took an ill advised hiatus from 9R for about a year. I was battling some personal issues and one of the steps to “recover” was exercise. I immediately thought of the satisfaction from a 9R workout. I’m back. And it’s the best!UPDATE: Has it been a year? Already? Love my 9Round. I go 3-4 times a week and can’t get enough. The trainers are motivational and inspiring, the bags are so much fun to unload on, and at 47, I feel great! I’m so glad I gave it a shot last year.Ok, to be fair, I’ve only worked out here twice. Tomorrow will be my third time. So far...this place is fantastic. The right amount of cardio, the right amount of core. 30 mins was never so much fun. I’m 46 and haven’t worked out in 5 years. I’ll keep going!!

I love boxing workouts because they really give me results. But I hate having to be to a class at a certain time. 9 round is the perfect option for me because I can drop in at any time and start my boxing circuit, no set class times! It makes the most of 30 minutes and is fun. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The workouts are different every time so it keeps it interesting. I highly recommend!

I love the trainers, who keep me very motivated. I love how every time I go it’s a brand new workout. I even love scheduling my workouts because it holds me accountable. I’ve been a member for over a year and I have never gotten tired of going. For the first time in my entire life I actually look forward to working out!
