I found the gym to be very small, crowded, and had few spaces for exercising privately. Often times I would get there and have to wait 15-30 mins for a machine that it often discouraged me from going. I found people to be very crowded in the center area which also did not make me feel comfortable with health standards and safety. The parking lot is also always full. If it wasn’t so overcrowded this would be a good gym but they’re definitely not using their space correctly. Edit: their machines need upgrading as well.

Have been going to this gym since it opened back up after the pandemic. They keep it pretty clean and there's a plethora of machines & weights. My only gripe is the gym etiquette amongst the boys & men at this place. It's impolite to hijack 2 stations in a busy gym and if you happen to get on one that was "taken", but there's ZERO evidence of that, how the men & boys at this place tell you it is makes you think they were just released from prison, raised by gorillas or just exited a deserted island. It behooves this gym, to regularly send out texts that remind members (especially the men/boys) of the need to practice proper gym etiquette and not talk to women like they were raised in abusive households. Go to therapy if you did, the gym will not heal this part of your soul.

Good gym location right of the highway, very big and spacious, has most of the machines you’ll need except for hex squad. The facility is being cleaned and well maintained by the staff who are usually really nice and friendly. Unfortunately that’s the only nice thing about the place, somehow a gym with hundreds of active members can’t afford a WiFi coverage for the gym, personal trainers look like they need a personal trainer. Watch out for contracts because they will try to get you into one, ABC financial is a joke of a system. The only reason I give 3 stars instead of 2 is for the staff, but don’t mix them up with personal trainers.

Absolutely horrible gym, wouldn’t recommend for any female young adults. Gym is completely full most of the time by high school kids and others, welcoming and kind staff consist of 2-3 employees, and HORRENDOUS customer service. Have been a member since November 2022, I was 16 and my sister signed me up and my Mother paid for it for 3 months, after that I was in debt $900 to the gym, in high school, and only working part-time. Also mentioning I didn’t get an email of this debt until it accumulated to $900. Completely unaffordable, AND they do not disclaim their cancellation and refund policies while signing up in-person. I moved this month and have been calling amidst of working 60 hour weeks as well as moving and cannot afford to drive 80 minutes to hand a copy of my lease off. My only solution to actually pay the rest of my bills with this gym payment still going through this week was to pull from my LIFE savings and pay my bills early, and order a NEW DEBIT CARD. Revolted by every phone call transferred to after the physical club.EDIT: I’m not apologetic at all, imagine being under 18 and unknowing of an almost $1000 debt. Surreal. Only got it cleared because of Black Friday.

I use this gym anytime I’m in the Lowell Chelmsford area for a few days/weeks at a time. It is a great location with a lot of different equipment to use to get the best out of your workouts. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating to different membership/access needs. It is a huge space as well so rarely do I feel like there isn’t enough room to get your work in. Definitely worth checking out! Overall great facility!

I work out on my own, so my interaction with the staff is limited. They have always been warm and friendly. Not just a few, all of them! And whenever I lose or leave something behind, it always shows up at the front desk! A five star good vibe! ;-)

I originally had given 5 stars. I've been a memeber for a while now. Definitely not a welcoming atmosphere! Good equipment plenty of space to workout. The greeting or lack of... at the front makes it or breaks it for me and when they can't stop whatever conversation to politely say good morning afternoon etc. Def don't feel welcome and deserving of my membership. There's only 2 members of their staff that are warm and welcoming love them good guys but overall not an atmosphere that I'm considering staying in.

Horrible customer care, I moved AND was injured to an extent where I was unable to utilize my membership. Refused to assist me with a cancellation, forwarded me to a separate billing company who bounced me back and forth to the gym and the agreement that I would have to buy out. I have attempted to cancel my membership for 15 months now.... What kind of a scam is a TWO YEAR contract at a gym that refuses to help you anyways?!?

I would simply like to warn people who are thinking of signing up with this gym company.Once you sign papers, you are locked in to a monthly payment with no trial period. I did believing I had 29 days to see if it was appropriate. My surgeon said no, so I contacted the company to cancel it and stated why. They will only cancel if you have a written, on letterhead note, from your doctor.Realize I discovered this shortly (a week?) After signing up. No grace period at all. In fact the person on the phone said it's safer to find a place that offers a month by month plan. I totally agree. There is a zero leniency contract. I'd be curious what laws this would be covered by in MA. I won't recommend this company by any means. Had they been mire understanding, I'd look again. But not now. And I did get a letter. Just hope it meets their time frame!I see that the owner said I have a 30 day money back guarantee. Not so!! They will be charging me for a month at the end if this month!! I only had 3 days to cancel according to the company that finances them.
