Went there for months. Great place and great people. The owners are fun and teach classes and the other instructors are awesome.Highly encourage anyone looking in to getting fit to try this place out. They are patient working with new people.The atmosphere is such that everyone encourages everyone else. Even if your a beginner the most advanced people pay you on the back.All I can say is, try this place.

Dropped in while in town on business. Both Kit and Angela were awesome to meet. Everyone on their box is very friendly. Got some great coaching on the power snatch while I was there. I highly recommend giving them a try.
