In honor of memorial day, my friend invited me to do Crossfit. The owner is a former veteran and had the group do the Murphy Challenge. Sounded easy in theory, but I'm god awful at pull ups and had to do 100 of them!! It was really fun overall participating in a different style of training. Already tried my hand at lifting and running. I really liked how everyone was shown a different variations to complete the challenge. The owner seemed like a really chill guy as well. Once I get bored of weightlifting and cardio only, I'd definitely want to try this place as a member. Or even just come on the weekends! The team was supportive as well and kept you from quitting.

I don't live in the area but I have family nearby, so when I'm visiting them I drop in to classes here. The owner, Ronnie is always very accommodating and the other members are about as friendly as you can expect from New Englanders :)
