I have been training exclusively in Evolution for almost two years. I was extraordinarily lucky to have found this gym. Before that, I had no martial arts experience. That said, I was very comfortable training here because we are friendly and gentle to beginners. We have a structured training regiment and encourage students to compete. I was able to participate in local tournaments after 6 months of consistent training.Training has helped me to be more confident, social and resilient to stress. It has changed my outlook in life in a way I have never possibly imagined.I will continue my martial arts journey here, and would wholeheartedly recommend you to be part of this transformative experience with us.

I trained at another gym for years, before taking an extended break from jiu jitsu. When I decided to get back on the mat, Evolution was the first place I tried. After just a couple classes, I knew I had found the right spot. The instructors are great, and the room is filled with high quality training partners of all skill levels. Evolution is a great place for kids and adults. Very friendly staff and clean environment. My son enjoyed boxing there very much. Love love the sport, love the people around it and love the place #Dereck and the coaches are awesome !

Has to be the best gym around. The owners (Derek/Jeremy) are brothers and you will see just by talking to them that they don't do this for the money. They love the sport, and they are also very good with kids. The classes are strict enough to teach discipline and respect, but they make sure the kids have fun.My son has been doing BJJ for over a year now here and they have been awesome the entire time on both a professional level and personal. They genuinely want to see these kids succeed and it's great to watch. The coaches are also great and are all genuine people too. Can't recommend this gym enough.

Amazing place to train! I have never felt so welcomed by a gym. I’ve been coming to Evolution BJJ since November of 2022 and from the second I stepped on the mat, I knew I’d be staying. The instructors are so inclusive and even the experienced guys will take a new person to the side to show them different techniques. There are guys/girls of all skill levels and it is truly a wonderful place to learn.

Can't say enough good things about Evolution. Derek and Jeremy are two of the best coaches out there and are all around great guys. The atmosphere at Evolution is top notch; it is a very welcoming environment, with everyone there being so friendly and dedicated to helping each other out. After bouncing around a couple MMA & jiu jitsu gyms I ended up at evolution. The atmosphere and the coaches really knew what they were doing! The coaching was progressed and has a really in depth knowledge to it. Aside from the coaches, the team they have built there are full of great guys & girls.

I’ve been going to Evolution for a little over a year and it has been one of the most positive experiences in my adult life. I was never really athletic prior to then but the community has always been supportive and constructive. If you are curious about BJJ, I cannot recommend this place and it’s amazing instructors enough

Evolution is a great place to train. the instructors are very knowledgeable and professional. It doesn’t matter what your background is, if you’re a complete beginner, an accomplished fighter, a man, woman or child there’s a place for you there. I highly recommend them.
