I have been training with Amanda for 4-5 years now. Her classes are always amazing! Such a great workout!! She truly cares about your goals!! She is currently training me for my first figure competition and has been so supportive and involved. She has definitely become a great friend over the years! No better place to workout!

I tried a class here. It was okay. I have gone to other classes and liked them much better. The instructor was nice enough. The studio is pretty small and I did not like that other classes were watching us workout. I had taken private classes with Amanda (the owner) she is very snotty and arrogant. Also when you sign up all she wants is your money, she doesn't care about what you want and your goals. She cancels classes alot. It's all about her. Don't waste your $$$$ in this place take you bussines somewhere else!!
