Joining ILKB has been a great decision! THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. IT BEATS GOING TO THE GYM. THEY MAKE YOU FEEL RIGHT AT HOME NO MATTER THE SKILL LEVEL OR ATHLETIC ABILITY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANY LOOKING FOR AN ALTERNATIVE TO THE GYM TO COME HERE. EVERYONE IS SO FRIENDLY AND UP BEAT.

I absolutely love this place and their instructors. They keep us motivated and accountable for each other. I definetelt feel the difference on my body shape and i got stronger for sure!I release my stress on the bag. If it is not kickboxing nothing can make me wake up 7 am in saturday morning!!

I have been a member of ILKB Westford, MA since mid December 2018. The staff here are incredible, and super motivating. They are there for you to answer any questions and help you do your best and be your best. I haven’t felt this good in years, and I have so much more energy than I could ever remember.

I love this place!! I have always had a hard time working out at the gym, found it boring-staying motivated, then I came to ILKB and the very first night one of the instructors worked out next to me to show me how to do everything which was great-since I am extremely uncoordinated, and every class they are always coming around and making sure we are doing things correctly—not to mention these workouts are so much fun!
