The owner of the gym was there on site. ( I admit I forgot his names, I’ve only been once and I’m horrible with names. )That does not happen anymore. He was very welcoming. He signed me up for my first class. I got a quick tour then meet with the coach before class. She ( I think Maureen is her name) gave me a run down. Then class began. Wow. I had an absolute blast. I was soar after but so worth it. The class was so much fun. Then after class the coach went over the numbers and what they mean. You where a heart rate monitor, a lot of science. Then I officially joined. Becoming a member was easy. Downloading the app and getting it to work only took moments. No lag with joining and being able to access everything. I’ve already signed up for next weeks classes. I can’t wait to continue my health and fitness journey with orange theory. Highly recommend this place.

Great place for a complete body workout. The rowing, strength, and treadmill circuits make working out interesting along with the tracking of heart rate. The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive.

I’ve been to OTs all over the country and Maureen is my favorite OT coach. She seems genuinely interested in helping people improve. She gives tips and suggestions during the workouts without being overbearing.

Started training at Orangetheory Fitness from their Waltham branch, but I prefer Chelmsford. Not only is it closer to home, but the trainers really observe and correct your form. Love how Maureen is super attentive and even explains what all the fancy gadgets and zones mean. Nicole watches my form and lets me know why certain muscles should be the driver of the workout. It's also much spacier here and I like how I can book a class within 30 mins and be guaranteed a spot. Even though some days feel light to me, OTF is starting to grow on me.

I hate the gym. Hate hate hate it. But after 5 classes I think I love Orangetheory! :) The mixture of strength training and cardio is great. Having a coach to help and encourage is awesome. The people are friendly and welcome. Not like a gym atmosphere at all! Class flies by so fast and I have my workout summary I can really see my progress!

Went for a free class offer and it was a blast. The trainer running the class was able to tailor the workload for people across the full spectrum of fitness, from introduction to advanced. The workout I got in an hour was very good! I am normally intimidated by classes but the studios setup helped make me feel comfortable and less self-conscious. As a fitness enthusiast I was surprised to see them keep my heart rate at peek. As this would have been supplemental to my existing routine I didn't find the price on par with what I was in the market for HOWEVER if you were looking to start a primary routine I would highly recommend checking it out. The studio and equipment were all clean, quality and well maintained.
