TOP NOTCH YOGA STUDIO!I have been practicing at Sutra Studio since I stumbled across it in 2015. Practicing here has changed my whole relationship with movement and my personal practice. The team there are all very wonderful humans, cleanliness of the facilities are always a priority, and each practice environment has been beautifully curated to create a space that you want to come back to over and over again. If you are new to yoga, curious about a new type of restorative activity, or just looking for an inspiring place to continue your practice, I would highly recommend giving Sutra Studio a try. Six out of five stars, in my book.

Favorite studio ever. Awesome atmosphere, teachers, and special events (the New Year’s Day flow is incredible). I live 40 minutes away and was going down once in a while to practice, but now I’m doing the virtual membership. As someone who is super zoomed out from work, I am enjoying the virtual offering. A lot of the live streams are filmed in studio, and Sutra has the audio/visual figured out. Thanks Sutra and I can’t wait to practice in person again!

I love this place. It’s literally the highlight of my week practicing here. It’s a little inconvenient with the commute and parking, but well worth the minor inconveniences. The owner Jen H is so cool and administers the best practices. The other instructors that I have experienced so far such as Lia, Jen D, Jake & Erin are all amazing. I look forward to experiencing others’ classes as well. Bottom line: The space is beautiful, the people are diverse, there is a good M/F ratio in the classes, the max. class capacities are very good (upwards to 50-60 bodies) and there is a diversity of offerings. I have been to other studios and so far nothing compares.

Awesome yoga class. Took the spa yoga with Erin and it was just what I needed after a mentally draining week. It was a very gentle flow with integrative meditation. I will be back for SURE! Also received a phone call check-in the Monday after my class. They wished me a great week! Awesome people here ⭐️💕 …

I have been going to Sutra Studio for months now and will encourage anyone who is looking to practice to go here. There's plenty of classes that can fit ANY schedule.Classes range from typical vinyasa to power flow. There's also unique classes, such as Yin Yoga (where you hold poses for 3-7 minutes) to Crystal bowl Spa yoga! All of the instructors are helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable of yoga. I have never had a bad class.Sutra is located on the fourth and fifth floors in Mill No. 5. The fifth floor is for practicing yoga and the fourth floor has the health and wellness for massages.

I went to this place and I don’t think I’ll ever be the same. My damn chakras got blended like soft serve. I was focusing on a drishti when all of a sudden I found my spirit utterly transformed like Wonder Twins style as my higher self shouted: SHAPE OF Courage Wolf! and I grew my tree pose right through the friggin ceiling. Bam. Then, in shrivasana, dolphins were breaking surface through waves in the floor and jumping over my prone corpse playing keep away with my third eye. They were just kidding though and totally gave it back when our teacher resurrected us at the end of class. I had to ask her my own name afterwards. It was great, she looked me up in the database and actually confirmed my existence in the here and now. But, that was then. Was it all a dream?

I have graduated as 200 hrs of teacher training at Sutra. It was the best decision of my life. Jen is very inspiring and her heart is opened to all of her students. Betty is a strong and compassionate person. Her energy is full of love! Kevan Gale is true spiritual leader. Alicia is well knowledge of anatomy teacher and she had changed my practice into safety way and still get deep into the core and strength. Jamie has amazing laugh and wonderful class flow. Her words are magic. Lama Migmar Tseten had written a book called the Tibetan Book of Awakening and this book give me clear insight of Buddhist teachings. This book will be including in teacher training and you will get to meet Lama in person. I have met all these amazing teachers and friends at Sutra. If you've ever thinking of taking teacher training, I hope this will help you to make clear decision.
