professional staff, state of the art equipment, literally has a little bit of everything and just the perfect amount of cardio equipment! Couldn’t recommend more! I also love the fact that this gym is local. No large franchise here with bad management. This is local and fantastic management! You will not be disappointed!

As a facility: The gym is state of the art, very nice, very new, the key fobs are very convenient if you work weird hours. Only complaint is no 35 lbs plates in sight.Personal thoughts: It’s a bit pricey for what it is and the average gym goer tends to have an above average physique and lingering eyes on anyone who isn’t on their level.Overall: The gym is nice, gym culture could use some work, you might need some thicker skin or a workout buddy here if you’re just getting back in the lifting game after COVID.

I recently switched to Elite Fitness from another gym and couldn’t be happier. What sets this gym apart from others is the modern aesthetic, the many machines they offer and the quantity of them. It’s really nice that there’s enough machines there for several people to workout the same muscle without having to wait. There’s many machines that other places do not offer, so it’s too a learning process that ensures you’ll meet your goals quicker! It’s incredibly clean, which is a huge plus. They offer smoothies/shakes which also is really convenient and different than other places. For what all they offer, you really cannot beat their price. Another thing is the music they play is actually working out music which is nice when you forget your headphones or don’t want to wear them! It’s a no brainer this is nicest gym around.

I’ve been begging for a gym like this since I started working out at 16 years old! This gym is exactly what Lynchburg needed and the environment makes it even better! So many of the machines that this gym offers you would see pro bodybuilders using on YouTube and just wish you had the chance to try them and now you do! Highly recommend going to check it out and get you in a workout you won’t regret!!

I have always had a hard time going to the gym and actually getting in an effective workout. It's always felt overwhelming. That has not been my experience here! The staff and other members are very helpful and there is a good variety of equipment to achieve your goals. Whether you're just beginning or "lifting is life", this gym is perfect!

This gym is full of some of the best equipment I’ve seen. I’ve been working out for about 4 years and this is an environment that caters more to the experienced lift, which is really nice to see. Very much does not have a commercial gym vibe to it. Gym etiquette is a big deal and everyone is super friendly. I’ve worked out at many gyms and Elite has the best combination of equipment, my personal preference for the feel/vibe, and it caters to the more serious lifter.

The nicest gym in Lynchburg by a long shot. Has more than enough equipment for all weight lifting needs, and various options for each movement/targeted muscle group. Staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful, as some of these machines are very unfamiliar and can be a bit complicated at first glance. Overall, highly recommend, worth the price, not to mention access anytime. Couldn't go wrong purchasing a membership here!
