Run run run!!! This place is a joke. All about money now. They increased the bill to try and keep up with these newer gyms nearby. I assume they are losing members to 24/7 and Ellite Fitness. They are trying to make me pay a cancelation bill of 168.00 after I told the front desk that I will no longer be a member at the gym. The equipment is old and outdated and hardly works. If you want to attend a nice modern gym , with great customer service and not gonna break your pockets, then stay away from kenitix.

Equipment is old, management isn’t friendly and could care less when you leave for a different gym. Seems like most people are finding better gyms in Lynchburg/Forest. Such a shame, because with better management this gym could’ve been Lynchburg’s best gym.

Came into town for my sister in laws graduation at Liberty and needed a place to workout. Day pass was only $12 and the gym was great. Had everything you needed in terms of equipment. Very clean as well. Highly recommend 👍🏼 …

Haven't been in yet but looks like a great gym with lots of equipment. Did go in once to ask questions awhile back just never went back to capitalize on the place...slacking. Aim to still at some point very soon I hope

Great equipment and the workers are respectful and courteous but management could treat longtime customers a bit better I think. My membership price increased after 2 years of loyalty and I was forced to pay for an extra month to cancel.It wasn’t the best experience, I feel that a local gym should offer better incentives for customers who’ve been loyal to them.

I’ve been going here for a couple of years. The staff is amazing, and the gym is for the most part very versatile and well equipped. It gets very crowded in the evening - but what gym doesn’t? I do wish they had monkey bars, more boxing bags, maybe some turf with sleds, etc. They do have a CrossFit lounge where you can do athletic style training, I just think it could be improved upon if the space were better capitalized. I’ve also gone to some other gyms that - for the same cost per month - had indoor tracks and lap pools but there’s really just no room. A girl can dream right 😂

Excellent gym! They have a weight room, and there's always access to pretty much any machine or weight you could need. (When I go at 6 am, that is.) The pricing is fair, and the gym is 24 hours. I have recommended it to friends, and will continue to! Also, the one time it was closed due to power being out, I was allowed to go to the Forest location for no additional charge! Nice workers as well!
