For years I have admired this business, the leadership and their message. I have personally witnessed the effects of the fitness and dietary coaching, Anna Nguyen provides. She has been able to help bodies heal and regenerate in a way that for most would be impossible. If you are looking for a new way to approach leadership, fitness and health then you may have found exactly what you're looking for. If you want to dip a toe in, may I suggest starting like I did. Pick up Ninja's book, Step On The Mat. His story is powerful and his message to parents like me is a real and undeniable call to action.

The staff at Xtreme Ninja have an excellent teaching style that is great for children, teens and adults. The community Ninja and his family have cultivated is good hearted and welcoming to all.I have no doubt because of my sons involvement at Xtreme Ninja he will grow into a confident, polite and respectful adult. He is given life lessons that instill a strong sense of discipline both mentally and physically.I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to start their child off on the martial art path.

The staff here are amazing with the kids and help them to build self confidence and character. My son has grown in so many positive ways since beginning and has brought home so many great characteristics and traits learned. The lessons taught are life lessons that even as adults we learn from. I am so glad we chose to become a part of the Xtreme Family. Etiquette, Character, Self Control, Sincerity, and Effort very valuable characteristics learned.

I joined Xtreme Ninja a few months ago after completing a six week challenge. I love the culture of the studio— the staff and other members were immediately welcoming, supportive, and very accommodating if workouts need to be modified to best meet your needs. I would highly recommend Xtreme Ninja to anyone who is looking for a fun, high-energy, community-focused environment to getting stronger and learn/develop skills in martial arts. Starting classes here has definitely been a rewarding and worthwhile investment this year!

Although we are still relatively new to the studio, I really can't say enough amazing things about Xtreme Ninja. My daughter (5) was never really shy; however, she has gained a new found confidence in herself since we started attending. She is more attentive, focused and is learning so much. The teachers are amazing, (especially Marjorie) and they are all SO good with the little ones. The family friendly atmosphere has made us feel welcome, comfortable and at home at Xtreme Ninja. I can't speak to the adult classes (yet) but I'm thinking of giving it a try for myself too!

Xtreme Ninja Martial Arts offers many fun classes that can help people reach diverse fitness and health goals. There are classes that are more tailored towards those who are interested in learning very technical insights into Muay Thai and karate but if you’re just looking to get a great workout in to improve your general health, they will support you there as well. The classes are informative and productive but also a lot of fun. One of the things I’ve loved most about this gym is the community. Everyone from the instructors to the owners to the members of the gym all try their best and they want to help you achieve your goals. It’s a special place and I’m grateful I was able to find it

Couldn’t have made a better decision on the place we chose to send our son for his Karate and Muay Thai experience. Nothing but great experiences with the whole staff. Very family orientated, personable, excellent values taught, confidence building at it’s finest. The changes I have seen not only in my child but for our whole family to be able to interject the lessons into our daily lives. Strength building in the physical and mental is put to work on and off the mats. The entire staff shows such support and dedication to each individual child and their needs. Greatest place to be.

I started training last year at XtremeNinja and since then have gotten to experience so many different aspects of this amazing gym.I started with kickboxing and loved it. It’s intense and high cardio but if I need a break I was able to do so. I got into a car accident and when I was recovering there was a strict policy and the instructors always made sure to modify the workout according to my injury. All the instructors are great to talk to and very understanding. We all love to crack jokes amongst each other and is overall a great environment.I then moved on to Bootcamp and it was one of my favorites. You are always rotating on to something different but never something easier. The instructors are always there to help explain how to use the equipment and to motivate you to push yourself past your limits.I recently took some of my first karate classes and loved it as well. I had done karate before but even with this past experience I was learning something new. I felt very welcomed by everyone in the class and when I needed help it was available to me.I am an athlete of multiple sports and was surprised by how these classes could still make me lose my breath. As an athlete recovery is important and have taken some of the supplements. From my experience they have been super helpful in recovery and performance.I was nervous at first but right as I walked in I was greeted by their hospitality and excellent service. The front desk was exceptionally helpful with getting me started and I have been enjoying my time here since day one. If you are coming here to take classes prepare for a fun and challenging experience!👍😀🥊

Very friendly and experienced trainers here to help with various fitness methods. Self defense and kickboxing and amazing boot camps and intense classes that are completely rigorous in all the right ways. They offer classes ranging from fitness and well-being to high level martial arts and everything in-between. The staff are motivating and honest, and encourage you to develop real world skills like adaptation, flexibility, and integrity. My favorite part of being at Xtreme Ninja is how after you break your body down through the intense classes , they offer wonderful nutrition supplements and even literature to help recover body and mind as you are developing your best body. It take a certain level or perseverance to become the person they train you into but if your looking to learn a new level of discipline, you should take a stop by, ask some questions and step onto the mat!

Abrasive towards people who would like to be trained to fight. If you would like a McDojo you got one at this location . “Ninja” the person who runs this place is self absorbed; after walking in for a few moments I keep hearing “this is a family gym,” and incompetent staff running the desk could barely offer a reasonable account of the services the gym offers.
