We did a private chair class for a bachlorette party. We had a blast. Everyone was responsive when I had a question. They made sure we were comfortable and had fun. I highly recommended Bliss!

I have never in my life entered a place with all women and didn’t feel a drop of judgement like Bliss Studio. To me, the Intro class is the most important one they have. They do not know you or what you are going through or where you come from outside their doors, yet from the moment you step inside, you are treated with such kindness and encouragement. I have not come across one person that has made me feel less. I personally do that to myself enough and to feel like they all want everyone to bring out their inner sexy that all women have, is such a beautiful experience. I encourage anyone that is afraid, to PLEASE give it a try and you will not be disappointed!! (I’m only 6 classes in, but was in love after class 1🥰)Seriously. Try it.

Awesome instructors and amazing classes. They are so much fun! This is the first time I take a group class and I really enjoyed it without feeling self conscious or judged. Really loving the experience!!!!

I recently started taking classes at Bliss and I am addicted!! The instructors are so sweet and encouraging and the front desk girls are super helpful. The workout I am getting is so much more far reaching and significant than what I can get at the gym. I have even made a few friends from class. Super fun!!

I’ve had a great experience at Bliss for my trial! The only thing I wish was more variety of classes on Saturdays. I’m not able to make it to certain classes during the week because of work. But other than that I loved the instructors! Everyone was so welcoming.
