Blissful Energy is such a beautiful and tranquil studio located in West Melbourne. I love the community of teachers and practitioners and various services they offer. Eden is super sweet!! My sister and I enjoyed an aerial session for some mental, physical and emotional health. It was fun rekindle with my sister and Eden was very patient with us. Can't wait to also start hosting events!!

Came here last night to do my very first sound bath experience for my birthday. My friend purchased the tickets for us as a way to celebrate my birthday. The silk I chose was beautiful and as soon as I got into it and laid flat, I fell. It was not tied well on the left side so it became loose which led me to falling onto my back and hip hard. The instructor retied it but it didn't look secure to me and I was scared to get back on due to soreness I was feeling. So I tried a different one while my friend made sure I was emotionally okay and secured in the new one before going back to hers. I tried to get comfortable and listen to the different sounds while feeling the swing and movement in my silk hammock but I found myself distracted at times from the next door's clients. They were outside so you could hear them through the entrance door. Wish this place had a better sound proof door. I know it's not their fault for the outside noises. Other than that, this yoga studio is very clean, very intimate, nice ambiance inside, felt warm and inviting.

I love this studio and its energy! They have phenomenal aerial classes! Eden does the BEST Thai massage I have had outside of Thailand!🙏🌟 If visiting or local, definitely a must-go in Brevard😍 …

Blissful.Energy is such a hidden gem! I love holding classes here! It has all the essentials for a awesome yoga space and location is great as well. Not only is the studio clean, and professional, but it's also cozy and comfortable. It even has capabilities for aerial classes! The owner is super sweet, considerate, and provides reasonable rates too. I highly recommend renting this space for your own fitness classes!

Blissful Energy offers services to heal and help the body and mind. I initially went for a massage and it was an awesome experience. Eden takes the time to find out what you expect, taking into consideration medical needs and limitations. Massages can include cupping, hot stones and stretching. I have more flexibility and less pain. I’ve learned stretching and meditation techniques as well. I love the fact that Eden offers opportunities for other professionals to promote their business, her work with autistic children and the friendly welcoming atmosphere. Everyone deserves to have a Blissful Energy experience.

Absolutely amazing!! I love doing Aerial yoga with Eden, so much fun! She is insightful, knowledgeable, educated, and patient. A great instructor indeed! Additionally, the Floating Sound Meditation is hands down the best in all of Florida! Such an rewarding experience <3Emilie's Horoscope Yoga on Saturday mornings are fun and beneficial. I did a beautiful Mandala retreat at Blissful.Energy and loved the space. As a facilitator of the event, it was wonderful collaborating with a local studio. Eden and her husband Rob were very helpful getting me all set up and the process was easy. I would definitely recommend this place for events and wellness.

Came here for my 1st aerial yoga session with this studio, it’s a great place to for beginners as the space is much smaller than the other places in the area so it’s less intimidating.Space is nice as they also have other instructors like Anthony Profeta in their roster.It was nice that it’s closer to my house but I’ll give them a few more months before I visit again.
