I’ve been training with Sensei Grady since beginning 2018 and I am very happy and honored to be part of his group. I practice Aikido since 2000 in Brazil, in the main organization over there linked to Hombu Dojo Aikikai, and I could not be in a better place to continue my Aikido practice in the US. Sensei Grady, being parts of USAF, the most important organization in the US lead by Y.Yamada Sensei, and directly liked to Hombu Dojo Aikikai, has such a great background and passion, that is really helping and contributing a lot with my development in this amazing martial art. Who is interested to be part of this group will be very welcomed.

I was a student here for several years! I started back in 1999 and got my black belt in 2004. I have heard of some places advancing students quickly but not at Brevard Martial Arts. They really take their time with you and promote when you are ready. Their prices are incredibly fair and the best I have seen around town! I love that they have kept this school a close knit family feel. It makes for a very comfortable environment, especially if your nervous trying a new sport or something as important as wanting to defend yourself. I would highly suggest calling them and stopping by and meeting with the owner and some of the teachers. They are all very nice and professional and great at what they do!

I have been a student of Sensei Grady Lane since 2014 and I have made so much progress and learned so much about Akikdo. I cherish my time in the class as a great workout and a fantastic way to relax from the pressures of life. The style is traditional and can be very intense and challenging. The students and class environment is like a family. I never feel pressured but always supported. As a woman I am very comfortable training with everyone in class and never feel worried about getting hurt. Everyone is so friendly, nice, respectful and they truely care for each other. Sensei Lane is so knowledgeable and capable, a true master. I have grown in so many positive ways from my experiences in his class. I would definitely recommend this class to others.

I have stopped Aikido for almost 18 years. I'm so glad to find Sensei Grady Lane, 6th Dan Shihan, here in Melbourne. With such bless, I restarted my passion under Sensei's classic Aikido style, inherited a lot from Yamada Sensei. I have learned enormously from Sensei. He gives personal attention and care to each of his students and encourages seminar participation among Aikido communities. I really enjoy every class. We train hard, but in a very friendly environment. I recommend you strongly to check out our school.

Took my money and gave my 6 year old a uniform . He was ecstatic . 1 day before his first class , they call and say they had no room for him . When we went to get our money back , kids were signing up for the same class that was too full for my son . My son was in tears asking what was wrong with him. The main teachers wife handles all the sign up stuff and he just stayed over on the mat looking my wife up and down and giving me death stairs. My son tried to wave to him and he just stared. If you feel like getting creeped out take your kids in there.Enrolled my son in elite martial Arts instead ( he has been moved up to the elite training program ) and he has excelled . The coordination improvement he gained from their program has helped in basketball , football and soccer.
