I’ve trained at 2 other gyms before I came here, from those experiences I came ready, expecting to be initiated and to go to war. But that did not happen. Unlike the previous gyms, this is not a fight club, or a dog pound, or beat-down palace where heads bang and chests are beat like thumping war drums. This is a place of freedom.Coach Sutton follows the tenants most fundamental to teaching martial arts, he and his understudy are a gift to our community.Education. Respect. Discipline. Pride. Empowerment. Flow.

I have always wanted to try martial arts so I found this place about 8 months ago. I was definitely nervous going to my first class but I left that night feeling welcomed. A friendly environment to train in and everyone is just trying to help each other become the best version of themselves. Very glad I started training here and hats off to the instructors for doing an amazing work each day improving the skills of their students.

I've been training with this family for close to 18 months now. Whatever your goals are they've got you covered. I've made some great friends here and have been learning a lot and improving all the while. If you just want great conditioning while having fun and learning how to defend yourself or are interested in competing or becoming a fighter this is the place to be. Work your mind, work your body, no joke. They also have great yoga classes. It's a positive and constructive place to be hands down, I get over there every chance I can get during the week.

Amazing family oriented school, the level of instruction is second to none. I have two daughters who train here with me, and we’ve met so many wonderful people in the community. The facility is always clean and the classes are challenging and rewarding. My family and I highly recommend it for anyone family looking to start martial arts.

I was looking for a jiu jitsu studio that was close to my Home, affordable, and friendly and this was the first place I found. I am loving taking jiu jitsu classes here, coaches and fellow students are so welcoming.

5 Rounds is the best place to learn real Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing and MMA. They have an excellent friendly staff and the kids class is the best around. Professor Wanderley knows how to teach the fundamentals of bjj and kickboxing for the best learning experience. I highly recommend them an no other.
