This gym is a staple in the community. Everyone here knows each other and was super friendly. I ended up getting a Tshirt ith the cool astronaut surfer logo. Excited to come back and try out the sauna and a facial next time.

I got a knee injury so wanted to use pedaling apparatuses, found wifi so could listen to Amazon prime without using data. All in all very satisfied!!

Good people and we'll stocked gym equipment. You won't go wrong working out at this place. Also has different amenities such as message and yoga classes.

Nice gym with TONS of equpment(pun intended) . Excellent cardio area. lots of machines, free weights and ancillary equipment. Super friendly staff. Building is old but gym is very clean. Nice mix of members.

The monthly fee is way too much, the employees spend too much time on their phones instead of cleaning, the Men’s sauna is so dirty and disgusting, the Men’s locker room has three broken showers, everything is put together without professional help. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Clean,many other things to do besides just lifting
