My treadmill was broken and I needed it fixed quickly. First Place Fitness sent over Diego who, quickly, efficiently, and professionally fixed my treadmill to perfect working order! I am so grateful for his help. Someday I will get a new treadmill to replace my old one from First Place Fitness Equipment, but for now, thanks to Diego, I have my old treadmill back!

This is a great local store to buy fitness equipment. Adam was very customer oriented. The delivery team of Santiago and Francisco were very knowledgeable and professional.

Adam of First Place Fitness Equipment was exceptional in helping my husband and I get the equipment we were looking for to complete our home gym set up! We had called in mid-February looking for dumbbells, barbell, kettlebells and plates. He kept our contact information and was quick to notify us as soon as the shipments arrived so that we could get the equipment he wanted. So personable and was great at helping us find the equipment we needed! Quality is great & he made sure we got the best price on the market- we will definitely be going back to see them for our fitness equipment needs!

First Place Fitness Equipment is a great place to buy gym equipment. The staff are amazing to work with from beginning to end. Adam was exceptional at helping us find the perfect equipment and getting us the best deals. Taylor was responsive to emails and phone calls and helpful when scheduling the equipment installation. The installation techs were very knowledgeable and put the machines together in a timely manner. Diego did a great job. He was courteous and very respectful to my fiancee and me. Overall, awesome experience!!!

First off Adam at the Melbourne store was a true Professional and very knowledgeable. and a pleasure to work with. They just delivered and installed our new treadmill. I had an excellent experience at first place fitness from my first inquiry over the phone, to my store visit, to installation. Adam met me in his off time to describe the different elliptical products . He was knowledgeable, polite, and enthusiastic. There was no pressure and in the end we purchased the precor AMT 835. The machine was delivered within a few days. Delivery and installation were excellent. The installers were patient , clean, and took their time to protect the surroundings in our home. I would recommend first place fitness to anyone without reservation. The service and assistance were outstanding and second to none. Thank you Adam.

After receiving no help during our first experience at the Melbourne Frst Place Fitness, Equipment store, we gave the place a second chance and went while Adam was working instead of the girl that was there initially. What a difference!! He was so, so helpful...spending time explaining and demonstrating the equipment and helping us decide what would be best for us. We purchased a home gym and received it very quickly. Addition, the delivery person was very polite and professionalI would highly recommend this store but would make sure to go only when Adam is working.

I was in the market for a commercial grade elliptical machine and wanted to deal with a local family-owned business and not an online store. I was referred to First Place Fitness by a friend of mine and decided to contact them first. I called and spoke with Adam on the phone. He was knowledgeable, friendly and had a few options in my product/price range in inventory.I went to the store and was quite impressed. They had an extensive display of several top-name equipment brands under one roof. Normally, a store would represent 1-2 top brands due to conflicting interest, so I was pleasantly surprised. Adam spent a good amount of time with me and we looked at several elliptical machines. He was very candid about the features and quality of each machine and even guided my attention to some less expensive alternatives that may suit my needs AND save some money. The store itself is very clean, laid out nicely and they have many options for all workout equipment. NOTE: Bring comfortable shoes so you can try out the equipment!Ultimately, I purchased the higher priced item since I wanted those features. Adam prices the machines competitively with online retailers and showed me what they were selling for online. He worked his magic with his delivery person to ensure that the machine was delivered the SAME DAY!!! The installation was smooth and the delivery person/installer was professional, friendly, and VERY meticulous about the installation.I was completely happy with my dealings with Adam and First Place Fitness Equipment. I disagree with some of the negative reviews here since Adam was completely transparent with regards to features, comparisons and pricing. He actually thought the less expensive option would work. He is probably correct, but I'm happy with my purchase of the higher end machine.I would highly recommend them to others for their fitness equipment needs - whether commercial or residential. Very great service, and products, they came installed the machine, very profesional service and did all in timely manner. The Ft1 fits perfectly in my Garage, includes a lot of features, perfect for small spaces and quick and intense workouts. Highly recommend "First Place Fitness", Great prices, great products, great service.
