Crossfit's concept is great however you must find a location where the trainers all walk the walk. It is in my opinion that Kevin Penner and his staff are inappropriate and don't walk the walk. If you look at the owner himself he's fat. The location is filthy. The owner at this facility is completely unprofessional and acts in an inappropriate manner. There are two locations in the Hemet/San Jacinto area. I would go to the new location in Hemet. Clean environment ran by trainers that are fit and in shape and walk the walk that a crossfit trainer should.

badass gym. the owner and his trainers are cool down to earth people who want you to succeed. these bozos giving this gym bad reviews don't know jack. Ive been in the fitness industry for 7 years and have trained at many gyms and this is the only gym where I felt like the trainers and owner knew more about fitness in general than I do. I have competed in powerlifting and strongman and this gym has all the tools you need no matter what you are training for. its not just a crossfit gym, its a badass gym. go check it out. they have badass strongman equipment and a new strongman system. don't listen to these other bozos who blame the gym and people for them not being able to lose weight or whatever. those people just have no determination and decide its other peoples fault for their shortcomings. there are tons of men and women there who have lost weight and are insanely fit because of this gym.

CrossFit by BodyFit has changed my life and my family members' lives. We are healthier than ever. At CFBF, everyone is welcoming and becomes a part of the community that is fostered there. The training is exciting and doable for ANYONE who wants to put the effort into it! I love CrossFit by BodyFit!

The owner, Kevin, seems to have little regard for ethics and it seems he employs such people as well. One trainer/helper in particular seems to have an inappropriate relationship with most of the women there, no matter what their age or relationship status might be. Some of the people are nice and easy going, but its hard to out weigh the negative ones. The owner seems to care more about his bottom dollar than to much else.
