Friendly staff most clients clean machines after and water jetbeds are great they have daycare too

Why is there only one out of three rowing machines working? I have complained about this issue going on a year. The first response was to put "temporarily unavailable" signs on the two non-working machines. The signs were removed over 3 mos ago, yet machines are still not working.

I recently joined my local gym, and I’ve had a great experience so far. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The variety of equipment and classes available is impressive, catering to all fitness levels. The atmosphere is welcoming, making it a comfortable place to work out. I’m excited to continue my fitness journey here!

It's part of our daily routine. We have been members for a few months now. It's a bit further than another gym but not much. They have great classes and teachers. They seem to have plenty of machines, a friendly helpful staff and the site is always very clean! Sometimes my husband says it's too crowded, so we just find a time that works for us! Thank you!

It'd be nice if whoever opens at 4am on Mondays was on time. For us who goto the gym at 4am have tight schedules for work so it's extremely frustrating when the employees can't show up to work on time Monday mornings to open the gym at 4am.

UPDATE- While on the phone with my credit union reporting this fraud, a person from Fitness 19 actually called me on my work line telling me not to report this to my bank and threatening me that if I did, this would affect my credit. So they are threatening to report this account I have tried to cancel NUMEROUS times for non-payment now? Interesting. This was on speaker phone and the rep from my credit union heard everything and advised me to cease communication. Soooooo shady, I don't understand why they'd want to do business like this?DO NOT sign up for personal training here. They are all about service with a smile when getting you to sign up, but will pass the buck and suddenly point the finger and lose your multiple requests to cancel and continue to charge you $160 per month while ignoring your repeated requests to cancel. You can request your cancellation request verified in writing and expect 101 excuses as to why you never got it. You can go in person to cancel and magically the person who can cancel you is never there. I am reporting the charges as fraudulent to my bank at this point.

Great place to work out. Only problem I have is they are not open 24 hours Friday, Saturday, & Sunday. Monday thru Thursday they are open 24 hours which is great.

I've been trying to cancel my membership and I was told I needed to physically come into the location. Today I spoke to Ron, explained I no longer live in the area and I needed to take care of this situation, there wasn't a Manager (Daniel), available. I was also told that due to the kind of membership, he's going to make sure I'm not charged any fees.When I questioned Ron, about the fees he accused me of getting frustrated his voice went up at least 2 octaves and he threatened to hang up. I've tried to support my community and small business owners when I lived in the area, after reading a few of the other reviews, has anyone contacted the owner and consumer protection.

It was clean and they have nice new equipment. They offer child care and had a clean bathroom. My girlfriend went for their Zumba class, but you have to pay extra for the class it's not included in their membership. If I'm going to join a gym, I want a pool and jacuzzi, which this place didn't have.
