Manager is rude (the one with the pony tale). I came in with a week pass because my sister is a member and sent me an email to get a week pass to check out the gym. They said it was only for locals and wanted to charge me $20 dollars for the week pass which seems very weird. When the person I was talking with asked his manager I over heard the manager say well is there any way we can sell a membership? And when he said no he told him to charge me for the pass. Money hungry environment. Not personable at all. Over crowded, very small. And just not a good vibe gym. Try powerhouse in Menifee. Worth what you pay which is less than La Fitness and staff is great. Vibes are also way better too.

The only complaint I have is that when machines are down for "services" they are down for over a week. Most of the employees are super friendly and will greet you and say bye when you leave. There is no sauna or scales in this gym but there is a pool, locker rooms, showers.

Ehh.. not feeling It. Used a full 3 day guest pass and Honestly even though they have a sauna, pool and basketball court .. unless that is the equipment you are looking to utilize the most Fitness 19 has more to offer and the “vibe” feel from the staff and guess regulars has LA Fitness beat at half the price.

THE KIDS KLUB GIRL WAS AWESOME!!!! She was the only one in there and there were quite a few kids, that’s hard! I could tell that she really cared for my 10 month old who isn’t used to being away from me much. He was totally fine with her.
