I did a six week challenge as a guest with my friend and I loved the trainers the other members and the over all environment the only complain I have is they dont offer anything for ur children and the monthly fee is kinda expensive but if you have the extra money to spend and dont need help with ur kids to participate this is well worth the price .. I really miss it

My mom got so fit there she was never into working out this place has a very strict diet but its worth the results . You get very fit and healthy .
