LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. I was a member of Inshape and was visiting a current member. I was looking to pay for a guest pass for the day which is always $7.00 (I have been there many many times). The receptionist up front called over the sales women and she was overly aggressive on selling me a membership. I was not interested and told both the receptionist and sales women that I moving to Fresno in less than one month for grad school and there are NO INSHAPE"S in the area. She kept trying to BS me the entire time after I clearly stated I was not interested. I was planning on returning to Inshape when I moved back in 2018 but as of now it is not a practical option for me. She then tells me, "Ok well than your going to have to pay $13 for the day then." ....What! She escorted us up front and the receptionist asked me for $7 dollars for the guest pass? That's not shady at all...The sales women wanted to up charge a guess pass! STRAIGHT FORWARD BUSINESS IS THE BEST BUSINESS! Don't BS your past clientele; very unprofessional and very unethical. I WILL NOT RETURN! Horrible Experience!
