Chelsea, the yoga instructor was such a blessing to meet. Super sweet and welcoming, my first time doing yoga in a couple years and first time doing hot yoga. I’m coming back, thank you so much ladies again❤️

Balance is a great studio with warm and welcoming instructors! I love the space and always leave feeling relaxed and like ive had a great workout. The IR saunas are a great touch too!

Amazing culture, environment and people at Balance Yoga. You can feel all the love that is poured into this experience from the first to the last step in and out the door. Highly recommend to anyone!
