This is the best gym in the treasure valley. Actually open 24/7, unlike most commercial gyms, with well kept equipment and all the strongman kit you could want to use.The gym owner regularly hosts strongman events, and the entire staff is friendly and very helpful.

I’ve been to a lot of gyms and this one is by far the best. Friendliest coaches/trainers and everyone really cares about each other. Great atmosphere and tons of equipment.

Berserker Strength and Fitness is by far the best gym in town. They have an amazing variety of equipment that will meet your needs and an amazing staff that really cares. I highly recommend this gym!

A real iron gym! Lots and Lots of equipment. Pretty much everything you need. They specialize in strength training and conditioning! Lots of large and fit people here.

Love this gym, it is a owned by a couple of great Christian guys. The staff, the trainers, and the members are all awesome. Everyone here is welcoming, friendly, and encouraging. This is a strongman gym that has championships coming out of it. If you are looking for a gym with a pool, spa, childcare, and froo froo stuff then this is not the gym for you. But if you are looking for a gym that has great people, strong values, and equipment that is taken care of then Berserker Strenghth and Condtioning is the perfect gym for you.
