I'm so happy I switched to Fitness Syndicate!The equipment is great and includes pretty much everything you need. There's almost always a squat rack open (which I can't say for any other gym I've gone to), excellent number of free weights and machines, TRX-es, etc. The gym is clean and I feel very comfortable working out there.On top of all of that, the owner, Dan, is a personal trainer and my training sessions with him are a highlight of my week! He's incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated and he's helped me build strength without aggravating my past injuries.Definitely recommend!

Dan the Man is the best. He's excellent at communicating information and is always happy to answer the many millions of questions I ask him.At $25 monthly, this gym has it all.I've purchased workout plans from Dan and they are great. I get injured easily, and Dan took the time to give me an appropriate workload to make sure I can kill it without hurting myself. I have ZERO clue what I'm doing when it comes to exercises, so I'm super grateful Dan is easy to access.There is a great deal of neat equipment to use. With the monthly workshops Dan hosts, there is always new exercises to try. Give it a shot! A day pass is free the first time!

I had a membership under previous management. I had canceled it around the time the changed took place. I noticed I was still getting charged. I went in and the new owner made getting everything correct so easy. This gym isn’t convenient for me anymore but if it’s in your area I highly recommend them based on this experience alone.
