The fitness factory is a very nice TRUE 24 hr gym that you can even go to in the holidays. Not overly crowded and great prices. Unfortunately they don't have a steam room or sana but tanning is included at least in my membership it is and it's still less than all the other major gyms in town. Front desk is always helpful and knowledgeable. Isaac has helped me a couple different times. I think it's a great place to accomplish whatever wellness goals you have.-Jon

Whatever time during the day that I go to IFF, there is space to work out and very little if any wait time to use a machine or one of the various fitness equipment. They have a good collection of fitness videos and a very clean facility.

I am realy glad I started going to this gym. There is no excuse for not having time to go since it is open 24/7. (even on snow days!!) The staff is helpful and there is never a long wait to use the equipment.
