Good gym. Only reason for a 4 star is the cleanliness of the men’s room and gym always has multiple broken down machines. Seems like they don’t fix them very often anymore since the ownership change.

Giving it a 3 because the 24 hr access and no contracts with a great low price for monthly dues are a great benefit but this gym has its negatives. It is being worn down quick, several machines out of use needing repairs for several weeks at a time and seems to be over a month before the repairs even happen. It quickly gets taken over by high-school kids every day who for the most part stand around talking and taking up equipment for a bit of time. Also noticed that there are several kids under 16 that frequent the gym unattended. It is almost like there are no capacity restrictions either with as much people are in there at times. Hopefully they can start to get their equipment fixed in a more timely manner.

It's kind of small and lacking equipment and it's pretty busy with highschool kids as well... But it's 24/7 and it has the necessities.Update after working out here for 3 months.It doesn't have a hack squat.... And the machines stay "broken" for months at a time, as I'm typing this there are 3 treadmills, leg press machine, chest press machine, and a cable machine broken. And they've been broken for 3+ weeks. For a busy gym this takes a lot from the users. You'd think they get fixed within a week like other gyms. Other than that it's kind of small but has pretty much everything you need to get a good workout in, but still needs a lot of equipment to be a top tier gym. Crunch meridian was definitely better but this is much closer to me so I rather come here.

Way better than the fairview/Cloverdale location. Much nicer equipment, there's not tards leaving benches everywhere they shouldn't be

Very well put together gym. I started coming this week and only go at night time. One thing I’d like is when I’m doing treadmill for the lights to not suddenly turn off lol. Other than that it still is 5 stars and I will continue to come at night no matter the situation!

I love the facility's physical structures and machines. There was a 30$ charges from the bank plus the $10 fine from IFF for guest policy because the charge was unexpected. I would have been okay with the fine, but send an email first...Edit: 24hrs after.. Tracy reached out to me and rectified the situation, she was amazing and they said that they would do everything to assist in a more transparent process! Thank you so much!

I've been a member of IFF since they only had one location, since they've grown it seems like the customer service and staff has really taken a hit. They used to be great, not so much anymore. Tenly (I believe is her name) was extremely rude and disrespectful. Your employees are the face of your company, I would hope they could do better.
