Been working with Kalynn for 2 years. I was skeptical about training online but it has been nothing but positive. Kalynn is able to guide me to make small adjustments during the workouts and gently pushes me to do more. She comes up with new workouts about every 4 weeks so it never gets boring. She always listens to my feedback and we modify the exercises as needed. Her workouts use what I already have, and whenever I add something new (bands, bench, weights, bosu) she works it into the next workout she develops for me. I am stronger now than I have ever been and highly recommend Kalynn.

Kalynn is a miracle worker to me… little history due to not moving my muscles for few years (during the height of COVID)I lost muscle mass so I was in a very painful place when I came to find Kalynn 13 months ago Exercising with Kalynn 2-3 times a week through my determination and her outstanding understanding of the human body and how it works, I am able to now walking and standing long enough to do every day needs at home… Things that I found extremely painful and unable to do this time last year… I can tell you personally if you have any physical struggles and you’re looking for someone who understands the human body and your muscles groups (as stated before)and how they function, Kaitlyn is for you.I also love her monthly health newsletter with recipe…Kalynn is patient, very kind & encouraging. She has become one of my dearest friends through exercise and chatting during my weekly appointments. I have been enjoying the class and feel she has given me workouts pertaining to what I need to work on taken into consideration of my aches and pains She is very friendly and tells me when I’m doing something wrong which helps me. I need some structure and a set time or I might not always workout.

I have had the pleasure of working with Kalynn for more than 5 years. She is friendly, professional and tailors our fitness sessions to meet my individual needs. I have also enjoyed the small group classes that she hosts. As a result of the yoga and fitness regimen that she created for me, I have improved balance, flexibility and core strength. On request, Kalynn has provided additional stretching and exercises for me to do independently. I am so grateful to Kalynn for helping me achieve my goals.
