Do you hate working out around men? Or do you just hate men in general? Well this is the perfect gym for you!All jokes aside, I really disliked going to the gym. I never felt welcomed and never liked the environment. Lisa is amazing and makes you feel so comfortable and accepted. The gym is very welcoming and everyone there is supportive. The group classes are great and have a wide variety of times to fit everyone’s schedule. I actually look forward to going to the gym now.If you’re debating/not sure if you want to try this gym, I recommend coming in for a tour and trying it out.

Shapes Fitness is a no-judgement zone for women who may be otherwise intimidated to go to a gym. It is a FULL GYM, offering free weights, machines, great group classes, and personal training. Once you walk in you will see a super-clean facility with NO "gym smell" and lots of natural light. The staff is awesome, from the management to the front desk. They know me by name! There are also great touches, such as complimentary water, coffee, tea and towels.

This place is a scam. Cool that it’s a women’s only gym and I thought that the people running it were great too until I had a problem with the training sessions I had paid for and they refused to refund me for 3 sessions I hadn’t used after a less than ideal experience with my trainer, which they had automatically charged me for and then refused to cancel my subscription without paying an extra $209 - mind you they had already overcharged me $135 for services I did not receive and I paid $75 a month for my monthly membership on top of this. These people are just after your money, nothing more. It’s an over priced membership run by greedy people with no respect for their clientele. I am disgusted and enraged by my experience here and I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. You’re better off spending less money at a gym with higher standards and more to offer.

This gym is such an incredible gym! They offer so many great classes such as high fitness, barre, Zumba, silver fit, youth elite training classes, and even a kids class for kids ages 3 to 12 to attend! The gym is always so clean and everyone is so friendly there! The employees up front are so welcoming and always are so happy to assist you with anything you need.

I love this gym a lot but a huge downside to this gym is if you often use the cable machine/free weights, this gym isn’t for you. That’s all I really use to workout and there’s only 1cable machine and half the time it’s being used by a personal trainer. There’s also only 2 benches. The gym doesn’t have that high of weights either. It seems the gyms intent wasn’t for this many people to sign up so everything is low quantities or isn’t large enough. The great parts of the gym are obvious, though. The only one around this area with childcare for younger ones, it’s all women, provide products for showers, it’s really nice. But for me, the most important thing is being able to workout while I’m here and I don’t like having to wait my turn to use something or be in such close proximity for something that there is such a low quantity of. It’s super awesome that an all women’s gym is even a thing and I love it! But I wish there were more space, higher weights, more benches, and more cable machines.

An all women's gym is such a blessing!Great clean equipment, classes, sauna, and a big plus child care. The front desk ladies are always so sweet, nice, and professional. The manager Lisa was extremely helpful with my membership sign up and discussing training options. This gym is great for mothers or any women wanting an all female space only!

I don’t usually give reviews but I had to share this experience that I just had with this amazing gym! Shapes is an all women’s gym and I have LOVED this gym from the minute i stepped through the door. I have NEVER been to a gym that has treated me with such kindness and goes above and beyond what ANY business EVER would do! Besides providing SALON GRADE dry shampoo, hair spray, shampoo and conditioner to name a few, they provide FREE bottled water that is chilled and coffee, hot cocoa, tea! All free!! Everything is so clean! The kid zone! The staff plays with the kids! They do little art projects with them and they do activities and are always so attentive and caring! Besides all of that already amazing stuff, I was still struggling with being a bit nervous trying some new classes and I began lacking the motivation to go to the gym. I decided that maybe I needed to cancel, when I contacted the Manager, she treated me so very kindly and she helped me through my anxious feelings and actually offered to attend the classes with me!! I didn’t think she would actually have time to do it but sure enough she showed up and attended the class with me and I was able to connect with the instructor and it made coming to the gym even more enjoyable. I have been treated with so much respect here at this gym! I don’t know how anyone would not want to be here everyday!

This gym is awesome. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. It has extra perks with the sauna, hot chocolate/kitchen station to make a quick smoothie on your way out. The small group training classes are fun and effective!

I love this gym. I love how everyone knows you by name. Everyone is very friendly & takes time to get to know you. I love how down to earth this gym is& you see the same faces at the same time. I love April's yoga class, it's not your average yoga, she's pretty tough & gets your heart rate up. Everyone it's positive, supportive& encouraging. It's a highlight to how I start my day. My only complaint is the childcare. They need to figure out a way to separate the littles with the older kids. The room can get packed with kids and be a little chaotic however I am grateful for the child care. I also don't care for the teens that work there, although they are nice they aren't very helpful. Whenever you have a question they can never help they seem like they don't know what they are doing. A few times they have been in the childcare room I've seen them playing older cartoon movies that aren't appropriate for the littles. The teens are also not great at getting back to you with questions when they say they will bc they don't know. Other than that I absolutely love this gym. I love this new challenge they started & hope they do it again this summer. Oh and the kids workout class is a bonus, my kindergartener loves going.*Edited 9/27/21They have made changes to their childcare and it is so much better! Much more organized and enjoyable for the kids. Thank you shapes.

I love this all women’s gym! The atmosphere, community, and support that the staff have built make it easy to feel welcomed and excited to be a part of it all! It’s so fun to have the options of attending butt-kicking classes with amazing instructors or utilizing the high quality equipment and machines to meet your health goals. Oh, AND a fancy sauna to max your health benefits in the spacious locker room with showers after you sweat it out is a hardcore added bonus! My kids have loved attending the Kidz Kan 2 classes to “get big muscles!” They love, (and I super love), that they get to learn to work their wiggly bodies!
