I joined Tone Fitness Studio broken. Desperately needing community & something that would fill up my cup after moving to a new state away from my family and friends. I wasn't working out how I once was and emotionally eating my way through the treasure valley to cope.As a retired fitness instructor, I am incredibly picky about where I work out and HOW I work out. From the moment I walked into the studio I knew this place was legitimate. Not only is the owner Taylor a great human & business owner, but her staff is the same as well.As I took classes with all the instructors every single one asked if I had any injuries or limitations they should be aware of. They cue & happily share any modifications you may need without judgement, but empowerment meeting you exactly where you are at & supporting you every minute of the class, even when you feel like you can't hold your plank for another 15 seconds. They tell you "yes you can!" "You got this, 10 seconds take a breath." "Set your intention & be grateful that you are able bodied to work out!" Etc.I religiously take class 3x a week & haven't missed a week since they opened. I'm seeing tone in my muscles (no pun intended, it's true!) and feeling like myself again mentally & physically! This studio & the Lagree method may just take me out of instructor retirement I love it so much!Tone Fitness Studio, thank you! Thank you for bringing sunshine to my cloudy days and making me stronger physically & mentally.

I love Taylor and all the instructors. They are so warm and willing to help. I know trying something new like Pilates can feel difficult when you don’t know what you’re doing but they use you every step of the way and the other members make it feel like a safe, judge free environment. Best workout I’ve done in a very long time.

Tone Fitness is a hidden gem in the treasure valley!!! All the instructors are so awesome and very knowledgeable and helpful for beginners. I was new to the lagree method and i absolutely love it. The instructors help you push through those mental barriers of you can’t to you can!!! I especially like how Taylor teaches. She reminds me of my BMT instructor when i joined the military and these 45 minute sessions make you feel awesome by the time you leave. I highly recommend Tone Fitness and especially for Males as this has improved my core strength and flexibility!!

I attended my first class here and it was great. We had a group of a lot of 1st timers and Taylor was awesome with us! She was helpful in getting us all going and very encouraging. The workout was unlike any other workout class I’ve taken in the best way! Challenging but left you feeling great. Highly recommend

To say I love Tone Fitness is an understatement. I first went to tone, nervous and unsure of trying something new, not knowing what “lagree” was. I was initially uncomfortable and felt out of place, I sweat and my legs shook so much I was almost embarrassed thinking I was that out of shape, but you quickly learn that it’s part of the method and it’s your body digging in deeper than usual to build muscle. After PRAISES for shaking legs and booty I knew it wasn’t just me. Even though I was physically exhausted after, dripping in sweat, I couldn’t wait to go back the next day. Now fast forward several months later and I still feel the same about the studio, I can’t wait to go back each day, planning my evenings and weekends around a Tone class vs just trying to fit in a workout.Taylor (the owner) is amazing, pushes you to your limits and motivates you to keep going. She’s tough, but does it with love. The other trainers are amazing and I feel like I am not just going to a “class” but going to a community studio where all the individuals are there out of comfort, but wanting to push themselves. Each trainer has their own personality, music choice, and favorite moves, but you’ll find that most of them want you to learn and are there to assist you. One thing that impresses me most is their ability to remember the members names.I feel stronger than I have before after several months of going. If you are ever nervous to try this place, don’t be. You won’t ever be “the new person” who feels out of place or behind. Please try Tone Fitness, you won’t regret it and you’ll immediately find a community of people who quickly become a motivating family of friends.

I don’t have the adequate words to express my joy to have found Tone Fitness and my profound gratitude for the company and trainers. I had been searching for a studio or a gym with the combination of a challenging, supportive, and friendly atmosphere and was continuously out of luck until I found Tone. Not only do you get an incredible Lagree workout at Tone, you feel welcome and that you belong from your first class. The vibe of Tone is inclusive and supportive with the encouragement to challenge yourself to get stronger both physically and mentally. Between being able to see physical results and changes and the motivation of the trainers, it makes you want to come back over and over. I could not recommend Tone enough!

Tone Fitness Studio is such a great addition to the Meridian area. The classes are fantastic and the instructors are great and knowledgeable. I began taking classes 4 months postpartum and it was incredibly challenging, but the instructors helped guide me through class with modifications. The studio is super fun and inviting too.Your muscles will definitely shake during class!

Tone Fitness Studio has been such a great addition to my weekly routine. The classes not only challenge and push me physically, but mentally as well. I love that this workout is adaptable to anyone and everyone despite where you are in your fitness journey. The atmosphere, from the clientele to the staff is unmatched. Trying something new is always a daunting but the moment you walk in the doors at Tone, you are met with a warm, inviting, motivating, and empowering environment. I have been a part of many gyms and I’ve never seen results like I have at Tone Fitness Studio. After two workouts, I started seeing results. Then after about a month, other people started noticing the change in my body. This workout has positively changed me on a physical level but also mentally. I love everything about this studio! Taylor (the owner) is so genuine and really cares for her members. Every single coach is kind, professional and well educated in Lagree Fitness. If you’re debating on trying this out, don’t hesitate!! You will be so happy you did.

I've been coming here for a few months now and it is the best style of exercise for me!! I feel SO much stronger, and I sweat like crazy! Abby does an awesome job of explaining both the poses AND where you should be feeling the burn Love it!!
