Great place to train. I haven’t been training for long at all and was looking for a place to go while on visiting my wife so I could keep improving. I walked in and it was amazing experience. All of the members were very welcoming and the trainer was flat out awesome. I learned a ton and he was very attentive to my skill level and physical abilities. I walked out of that class drenched in sweat and with a lot of great knowledge to bring home. Drop in fees are very reasonable and this will definitely be where I come when I’m down in South Beach from now on. I could not have asked for a better experience.
