AB CrossFit is the place to be if you’re a Crossfitter that wants to get a great workout but also wants a place that is taking proper precautions during COVID times. I started just a little less than a month ago, and I’ve been so impressed with the quality of attention and coaching! It’s really refreshing to go to a box that the coaches take the time with each athlete to figure out what is the best option to scale to each of their abilities and goals. This is by far my favorite crossfit box ever. I travel all over the country for work and spend time in a lot of different boxes... This has been my best CrossFit experience. The staff is extremely helpful, caring, and welcoming. Also, the equipment and facilities are very clean and well-maintained. Ivan, Maria, and Mario truly care about each member. I highly recommend this place!

ABCF is a wonderful new crossfit box in NMB. The owners Maria and Ivan are absolutely some of the best people you will ever meet. The Coaches are truly remarkable. Both Ivan and Mario are competitors and the WOD programming mirrors that competitor spirit. The Coaches take the time out to breakdown the movements and teach you technique. It's a diversity and a family friendly box, so you can always bring your kids (that includes fur-babies) - no excuses! There's an entire area set up just for children. Aside from the great programming, you'll enjoy lots of laughs with the coaches and other members. Everyone here has a wonderful spirit and are encouraging beyond belief. No matter your fitness level, no goal is too small, do not be discouraged or intimidated, it's like a family. Love this place!
