Speaking as a photographer, Gee Gym is incredible! The gym was very modern, a littleMiami Vice like, with touches of the old school. I could see a thoughtfulness for both competitors and photographers in the design. Each area has its own spotlight to help show off your physique. There is also a stage with show lighting and a mirror to practice your posing. It also doubles as a photo stage (using the provided automated backdrop system) to take clutter free progress shots or get some great photos showcasing your post show body. It is also a 24 hour keycard facility so you can shoot whenever is best for your subject or plan to shoot during off hours if you need to keep other members in the background to a minimum. For photographers, there is also some additional EQ on site if you need it or are from out of town and traveling with minimal eq. I’m trying to keep the review tight for google but it’s proving hard with everything that Gee has to offer.Speaking as an individual that has been training for over a decade, I can say that Gee is the kind of gym I wish I had in NYC. At Gee I felt the environment and equipment were geared to the individual member getting the most out of their training sessions. There seemed to be an endless selection of varying attachments for the cables, machines, bands, and free weights across the spectrum (I’m talking 5’s to 130’s). The customization and choices aren’t limited to weights. You can change the colors of the accent lights across the gym as well as adjust the overall illumination of the space. It’s nice to have that many environmental options for both training and making images - even if you’re just talking a selfie.Oh and be sure to use the bathroom while you're there. If my review didn't help convince you Gee is a great gym, uniquely its own, the bathroom will.

They have the best gym equipment and machines, the lighting is great to take professional pictures and videos. Body scan machine helps to track your fitness results.Also very convenient that it is 24/7 open.

I've been a member of many gyms over the years but there is nothing like Gee Gym. From the decor to the equipment to the staff, this place is amazing.First of all, it is impeccably clean and the weights are always racked (which unfortunately is rare to find at gyms in South Florida). The equipment (Technogym) is so much nicer than what you find at most other gyms, and has made a big difference in my cardio and weight training workouts. For my daily cardio, I no longer get joint pain or tendonitis from running on the incredible SkillRun treadmills, thanks to the wider belt with significantly better padding. I also love the treadmill's incredible sledding and parachuting features. I haven't tried parachuting yet, but the sled-pushing is an amazing workout.Additionally, the attached screen with apps like YouTube, Facebook and Netflix and a program that allows you to "virtually run" in a beautiful location outside, make your runs way less monotonous.The sound system is top notch, allowing you to play music from a number of streaming music services like Spotify. The lighting is also incredible, and you can adjust it however you like. Clean towels are provided, as well as cold bottles of water and pre-workout drinks. There is a stage for posing (bodybuilders can use it to practice their poses, but it's fun for anyone to take pictures up there).Also awesome is that included in your membership is a medical grade 3D bodyscan that you can do once a month. It keeps track of your body-mass index, body fat percentage and size of all your muscles. I've done my first one and can't wait to see the progress I make next month (hopefully).Best of all is that it's open 24/7 so you can work out anytime. I hate missing the gym due to holidays and due to early closing times on weekends. Gee gym avoids all that with fobs that let you access the gym whenever you need to do so.The staff is also great--very helpful and very experienced in the world of weight training and cardio (they are literally IFBB Pro Champions). Very beautiful people work out there, but the gym has a very welcoming atmosphere for everyone. I'm by no means a bodybuilder, athlete or fitness model. Yes, you will see them working out there, but everyone at the gym is very friendly and will inspire you to improve yourself, no matter your level of fitness.
