Great workout, every morning. Weekdays at 6:30am, weekends at 7:30am. Fabulous way to start the day, by the ocean, with a an awesome group of people and amazing coach.

I went to Miami Beach Boot Camp the last 3 mornings and I got a completely different workout each time. I love the variety and I love being able to start my day at the beach, watching the sun rise and the dolphins swimming (Friday I counted 8!). Kristen and the other coaches bring such a positive energy. I leave there feeling stronger in body and soul. 5 stars. Highly recommend 😁

I love MCCB and since I found it I have been going as much as possible. It is such a nice way to start the day. I like that each day has a different focus, and how each month also has a theme. I love the style of coaching which is quite inspirational and fun. The workout is fun and can be done at your own level. Im am not the most fit person, but it is easy to feel comfortable doing each exercise at your own level. There are people of literally all ages and fitness levels that come. Of course, its magic that during the workout the sun pops over the horizon, and each day the sky is different and beautiful. I also like that many of the members get together for various events and outings like brunch, going out on a boat, game nights and occasionally meeting on the beach at night for dancing and music. Whether you live locally or are visiting for a few days, you will not be disappointed.

Amazing group workouts on the beach! Check the schedule on their website because offerings change daily - includes HIIT boot camps (sometimes with weights!), Yoga, and Tai Chi. All of the coaches are very warm and inviting. They will call out modifications for all skill levels.
