I take classes here 3 times a week and it's a great place to train. They do a great job at explaining how every movement is supposed to be applied. SiFu Steve is a patient and easy going instructor. They have Boxing, KickBoxing, and MuayThai. There's also Kung Fu which I recommend the most because If you get a good fundamental knowledge of where most of today's moves come from you can then transition into another discipline with confidence and understanding. Highly Recommended

Overall a great experience so far. I brought my teen in to check out their boxing class and I can't say enough about this place. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The teacher for the boxing class was so patient and honestly everyone in the class was super patient and sweet to my kid. 10/10
