From broken machine equipment to random charges outside to “promotions” to accounts to cancellation fees. I repeat, cancellation fees. Google reviews before going for a membership. There are ALWAYS better options.

Very bad experience in this gym.I do not recommend it.The manager of the place offers a lousy Service, changes the prices of the gym in her own way.Bad customer service.They don't give you the contract.They do not explain the contract and all the costs.They don't check your email.They do not verify that you received the email with the access link to the app to download the access key to the gym.I had to give my phone number to the receptionist to get in every day and I had to wait until they were free to be attended to.The music is very low in the gym.There is no air conditioning in the classroom.I received ridicule from the manager and her co-worker.If you complain about the bad service they provide, call 911 to get you out with the police and they ban you from entering all gyms after collecting the monthly fee and all costs.My experience in a week at youfit.What a bad experience.

Please do not let these people fool you, they are very nice at the beginning once you want to leave they will continue to charge you and noone is ever available to help. Worst place yet. I would give it -10 stars if I could.

For $13 a month this gym is a bargain. The equipment is newer and in good shape. The gym is kept clean.

I came in to sign up and getting started on my journey to better health and fitness but when I walked in the lady in the front desk was in the phone and the other guy was just staring at her Nobody greeted me they didn’t even ask if I needed help ,the girl had to tell the guy to help me out ,So he asked how can I help you in a low energy voice ?I already wanted to walk out but I said let me give him a chance .I ask the young man how’s does the membership works ? And if you can tell me about your gym .He basically showed me a paper of prices and said which one I want .I looked at him and said thank you and left . Horrible customer service . I’m still currently looking for gym and really was looking forward to going to this one because it’s literally by my house . SMH

Lots of equipment. Gym is always crowded. Patrons have worst gym etiquette.Patrons don't re-rack dumbells. Cable machines are missing the links. People don't share equipment during rest periods. Waited 30 mins to use a Cable pull down and the 6 patrons using the equipment never moved nor asked if you wanted to use it.I also notice majority of patrons do not wipe down equipment after use.

I had a billing question/ challenge. I sent a message via Messenger app on Saturdayexpecting a reply on Monday. When I woke up Sunday they had already replied and accommodated my request. In the next morning when I applied thank you they were replying instantly and it was a human not a bot. Excellent customer service

Atmosphere: I'm serious about what I'm doing. Equipment: treadmills, free weights, weighted machines, fitness room for a class. Parking: sufficient Lockers available. Just know the gym is set up in a way where everything is facing each other.
