Nice staff and clean but only has two squat racks for the whole gym and not enough plates for the leg presses. Not the best for leg day but other wise not a bad gym.

STAY AWAY! This is a ripoff. Their policy is terrible and made on purpose to steal your money. Not only they made me have to go in person in order to cancel my membership but they still charged me again a month after I had cancelled. When I called to complain, they told me that by policy they still charge you 1 more month even after you cancel. This is theft.

Don’t go here, trying to cancel my membership for two months now, already went to cancel in person , but a month later they changed me again ! And no refund.

Very bad experience. Opened a membership January 2023 and cancelled it the same day and still waiting for my refund of $50.03. I contacted corporate and they did not respond after I gave details of the agreement number and refund amount. One person locally at the gym told me refund takes 2-3 days then another told me 2-3 months. I never used the membership due to rules regarding my 16 year-old using the gym, which was totally understandable; however, the lack of response has been unacceptable about my refund. If I cannot get my money back would have just appreciated a timely short answer, but instead have received no response at all.

This place has declined and management has lost control. Weights everywhere and out of place. People never re-rack their weights. Gym members rudely bring their own portable speakers to blast their music. It’s been addressed to management and they haven’t controlled it. Do better youfit coral way

Horrible experience with this gym. They make it very hard for you to cancel the membership. They said I have to go in person to cancel while they keep taking my money even though I am not going. This is a terrible customer service policy. DO not recommend.

Great amount of space, but the weights are never organized, always scattered around the gym, you have people blasting their own personal speakers… it’s kind of a mess. AC is also off in some parts of the gym.

I know people are exercising and they supposed to sweat a lot, and you should not expect a GYM smell like flowers… Nevertheless, they need to seriously improve the ventilation system, that place smell HORRIBLE and I mean itDanmmmm !!!

Update: I wanted to update my review. Management took time to speak with me and share some improvements they’d like to make and why they are having a hard time. I feel like they care about improving experiences which counts. The hot water situation has been fixed. I still think the showers need new shower heads and better lighting. And the signage outside needs improvement as well. Thanks for actually listening Youfit.As a Youfit personal training client for over 3 years I’ve been to most of the Youfits in the area. This is by far the worst. Domary and the front desk staff are the only good things about it. The location is terrible and hard to find. Signage is minimal. My biggest complaint is the state of the women’s bathrooms. They’re dilapidated. They’re gross. There is barely any lighting. The shower heads are disgusting. One shower doesn’t even have a shower head. Every time I’ve tried to use them there is NO HOT WATER. I had to take a cold shower before I went to work. It’s been over a month and neither the bathrooms or hot water has been tended to. I’ve never even seen management. I don’t know who’s in charge. This location is an embarrassment to all Youfit.

Out of every gym I’ve been to, this gym has been my all time favorite. The gym is always clean and picked up, and the employees are incredible. Front desk and management are very involved with us members, and enforce policy’s to make sure it is a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. Even the custodial team makes sure to give everyone they pass a warm smile. If I could give extra stars I would.
