I started here near the end of 2019. The Tai Chi classes here emphasize overall health. Master Peng teaches slowly and methodically, making sure the student grasps the fundamentals before moving on. If you care about a strong foundation then this is one of the best places to learn!

I've been a student for more than 15 years. Master Peng is a great martial arts master and has taught me Tai Chi philosophy. He is patient and a great instructor. Master Peng techniques are practical and very applicable to everyday life.

I took Tai Chi classes at Zhao Bao Tai Chi when I was in Milpitas, a few years ago. Even though it was only for a month, I really appreciated and enjoyed my time there. Master Peng always made sure I understood not only the movements but also the history and philosophy behind this beautiful martial art. If I could I would definitely go there again to keep learning and practicing.

I have been a student of Master Peng since 2011. Zhao Bao Tai Chi has done wonder for me in improving my health and managing my every day stress. Master Peng always emphasizes that Tai Chi is for health. Sifu will explain to you how your chi should flow correctly to maintain good health. As you practice your forms, Sifu will remind you that every move you make should be natural. A lot of people want to learn Taichi to help to improve their health. It's critical to learn it correctly from the beginning. However, it's hard to find a teacher who really mastered Taichi and knows how to teach you step-by-step. I highly recommend Master Peng's Zhaobao Taichi. I learned Zhaobao Taichi from Master Peng in private lessons at the beginning for a few years and practiced daily average only half to one hour. My back pain(caused by an old injury during sports) is now completely gone. My physical flexibility and balance are also improved dramatically. I encourage everyone who is interested to connect with Master Peng and give it a try.

After my surgery in 2004, my recovery was very slow and I was very weak. I felt tired easily, my blood circulation was worse and I always felt cold. My digestion was really bad, I never felt hungry and a bite of meat of any kind would keep me full the entire day. I could not fall asleep easily and did not sleep soundly when I did.My husband and I wanted to learn Taichi to improve our health. We have taken lessons from multiple instructors before we met Master Peng at a speech hosted by our Taichi instructor.In 2012, it's our first time hearing about Zhao Bao Taichi. His speech caught our attention and we were so impressed by his demonstration afterward. At the time, Master Peng only taught Taichi in Milpitas, Northern California. We were lucky to invite Master Penn to teach a group of us in Tustin, Southern California.Since Jan. 2013, Master Peng has been so committed to teaching us. He has taught us in person every month and he never skips a lesson regardless of how busy he is. Master Peng is very knowledgeable and has mastery of many different kinds of Chinese Kung Fu. He patiently introduces Zhao Bao Taichi and teaches us not only how to practice every form, but most importantly is teaching us how Taichi can improve the health of our mind and body.After a few months of learning and practice, I noticed that my energy had increased. I sweat every day during Taichi practice and hardly feel cold anymore. My leg and arm muscles are also firm. One of the most exciting improvements is the improvement of my digestion. I feel hungry again and can eat meat anytime without worrying about getting a stomach ache anymore. I can enjoy good food and traveling, without worrying about indigestion and not being able to sleep anymore. Thanks to Master Peng, my health has improved, my mind is peaceful and I am a happier person now.

Master Peng is probably the best Taichi Master we have in the US. He is great at teaching Taichi also by breaking the movements down to step by step.He offers classes at different levels, it covers Taichi, Qigong, TuiShou, QinNa etc. While most students come to learn Taichi to improve health, you can also learn very effective and powerful self defense skills.Master Peng offers classes day time, evening or weekends.Taichi is the best life long excise regardless of your age. Master Peng is a gifted Tai Chi instructor with a wealth of knowledge. He is detail-oriented and coaches each student to their own pace as well as listens to their concerns.I have been practicing with Master Peng for about 7 years now, and my overall health has improved tremendously. I began using Tai Chi as a part of my therapy for rheumatoid arthritis. With Master Peng’s patient guidance, the low-impact exercise helps with increasing my mobility as well as decrease my pain symptoms. In addition, I found that it has a positive effect on my mental health as well. I sleep better at night and I feel less stress. My quality of life has definitely improved.I can attest that Tai Chi has transformed my life. I am thankful for the guidance of Master Peng and Zhao Bao Tai Chi.
