Ax Fitness provides high quality work out classes at very affordable prices. Christine switches up the routine often so you are always challenged and don’t get bored repeating the same workout week after week like at some gyms.

I've been going to AX Fitness weekly since October and I love it. There is a mix of classes; all are challenging, varied workouts that have you feeling stronger every time. Christine has pushed me more than I would ever push myself working out alone, but she always offers modifications when appropriate. I had an ankle injury this fall and she made the classes work for me, no questions asked.If you love a mix of strength and cardio, and know you need someone to keep you accountable (like I do), this is the place.

I've been going to Ax Fitness for a few months and I'm hooked. Christine has years of experience and I know she's worked with all ages and fitness levels. She takes a lot of care to plan workouts that change every time to make them really effective and interesting. My life had been pretty sedentary the last few years so I was starting at square one. The workouts are definitely challenging for me, but in the best way! It's really fun when you realize the weights you've been using are too light and you have to grab heavier ones. Plus, being able to work out on my lunch break gives me back time in the evening to spend with my family.

I have been working out with Christine for 3 years and am so happy with the results. I am more fit, stronger and feel better! There is a mix of cycling, boxing and weighted or body weight workouts. Christine has a funny sense of humor and pushes us but also allows for individual modifications. It's a great community of people which is an added bonus!

Like most people, my life is busy. I need a total body workout that gets results, without spending hours at the gym. The variety of the workouts here and the motivation from the trainers are the perfect combination for keeping me in shape. I went from 5-6 days a week working out on my own at other gyms to 2-3 days a week at AX Fitness and have seen better results! Not to mention, I now have more free time-priceless!!

Love this place. The workouts are AMAZING - they push me physically, but are super dynamic and offer a ton of variety, which makes every session super engaging. I've been going to AX for over a year, and have gotten stronger, increased my endurance, and can't imagine not going! The community here is great, the workouts are awesome, and compared to a lot of other "cross-training" type gyms, the price is perfect.

I have been a member of AX Fitness for over a year. I love the challenge and variety in Christine's workouts every week.
