Great classes and fairly friendly instructors. Great merchandise. Best CorePower location I have been to due to its size and design. I especially like the longer rectangle studios because it provides more mirror space (unlike square studios which create four people in front of you if you end up in the back of the room).

Very friendly, clean and beautiful space. I am new to Yoga and I am glad I had my first experience here. You feel like you are part of a community at this studio and Molly and Ryan are both excellent teachers and facilitators. They work with the space and the energy of the rooms and I very much appreciate that as I start this new journey.

Last October I climbed a 21.000 feet volcano in Ecuador (the closest place on earth to the sun) it was a very intense vertical climb. Climbing taught me to seek the highest endeavors, embrace uncertainty, fully commit, tolerate adverse situations, and seek great companionship… these are all lessons that I now see in terms of a larger life perspective. Climbing allowed me to push beyond my preconceived notions of what is possible, and to do so in a contained, very focused way. I was able to connect the internal experience with the external, and to see connections between physical, mental and emotional movement patterns. There’s a mental awareness and clarity of experience there that you rarely encounter in daily life. It was a magical, spiritual healing journey & part of that journey I credit to CPY. In CPY environment I`m able not just to be myself, but to find, discover, evaluate, absorb or discard aspects of myself. Every class is like a fitness journey to self-discovery – through hard core workouts, focus on breath, body awareness and alignment, knowledge and learning, reflection and testing out ideas, absorbing and integrating what resonated with my beliefs and prior knowledge. I learned to listen to my body and to honor its wisdom. This experience opened up my curiosity and awareness of the connection and alignment between body, mind and soul. I feel so blessed to have the privilege of learning what I’ve learned in these few years. My life is different, CPY has helped me to be a bigger and deeper person, my growth is happening at other levels, my mind, and my spirit are now more engaged in the process of shedding the old patterns and beliefs as my body is freed… In my heart I really understand now that all of our suffering is caused by forgetting who we really are at essence, and that we are all on this journey together to remember who we are so that we can in turn remind others, and so on…

Wish I had the same studio at home! Just visiting for a couple of days; the staff was welcoming and friendly. The class had a great pace, music selection was on point, studio was very clean. The flow was easy to follow, it being my first class there. The teacher had great energy. Will absolutely visit again and anytime I am in Minneapolis!

i generally like to take the level 1 classes, at other studios i have always felt really comfortable in this class, but here it seems every instructor dislikes teaching it, i have had at least 8 diff teachers and always got that vibe. Can't have been totally off, since they have cancelled many of their CP1 classes. I prefer Highland Park location

I dropped in for a single class because my mom recommended this studio and I absolutely loved it. Everyone was extremely inviting and I felt welcomed. The instructor I had (Dustin) was one of the best yoga instructors I've had so far. I cannot wait until the Summer when I sign up for a full membership!
