My friends and I decided to come for a Lyra class with Ashley!!! It was an awesome experience. For starters, the inside is aesthetically pleasing. Second, my spouse got injured accidentally hitting themselves against the Lyra hoop and Ashley was so helpful and kind and patient. And finally, the actually class was so much fun!!! Ashley challenged us, but also gave me modifications as a plus size person.

Amazing teachers! Can't recommend this place enough. If you're looking for a new hobby or a way to stay physical and athletic but need something less mundane than the gym check this place out

I just took my first class here last Wednesday. I've wanted to take a class for a while, but with COVID were not taking new students. So when they started talking new students I was really excited. I took a beginner lyra class. I've taken lyra for about a year. This class was challenging and fun. I'm excited to go again!

Dragon's Lair is the best place for all your aerial arts a circus training needs. I am really tall and need a lot of ceiling height and boy do they have it!I've learned silks, Lyra, contortion, and flow arts here. It's really a one-stop shop. Also the safety is taken seriously here! They have multiple 4, 8, and 12 inch crash mats. The rigging and silks is inspected regularly. I always feel safe training here.Angela and Justice are welcoming individuals who have truly built a community. They are friends and mentors to all that enter. All are welcome here regardless of race, orientation, etc.

While there are a few options to learn aerial arts in general in the Twin Cities area, this is the best place to learn split panel silks. Most other studios I've looked at either focus on giving you an "aerial yoga" workout that doesn't teach the Cirque, doesn't have full height ceiling, or usually both. The teachers are great, the space is good, and they're taking Covid19 and student health seriously.

Took my very first silks class with Michelle Loma and had so much fun! She was good at accommodating new-comers and gave us room to explore the different moves and get comfortable with what we were doing. I had enough space to move around without bumping into anyone. Highly recommend!

They're very good at making everyone from super beginner to highly advanced feel like they are doing a great job just for going to classes! They also tailor each class for the individual and have a variety of things to learn. I just wish I could go more often!

The first time I went to a class I felt an inviting atmosphere. It doesn't matter what sill level you have because they work with everyone. I enjoy the variety of classes and openness there is in the space.

Wow what a space! The ceilings here are perfect for aerial classes and there are plenty of rigs to climb. The owners even put on free community events as well! Very professional but relaxed environment.
