The most amazing gym for boxing, kickboxing, lifting, and more. Wholesome community of individuals who are all committed to helping create the best version of YOU. I have been coming here for a few years now, and even when I take time off, I am always welcomed back by the trainers. Cannot recommend this place enough for anyone who is new to boxing or has been boxing their whole life.

A great community and a great gym. This is the place where workouts and community overlap in a meaningful way. The offerings for workouts are diverse, unique, and tailored for whatever you’re looking for. There is a core of boxing, but my family has taken classes from gymnastics to bar and yoga, and there is the normal range of workout equipment for weight training. The people are excellent and the owners are meaningfully engaged.I’ve also attended events here and the space shines under most any circumstances. From kids birthday parties to formal fundraisers, this is a versatile spot and I’ve always been impressed.Highest recommendation for Element, the community, and the owners.

Element gym is amazing! Super welcoming atmosphere, really knowledgeable trainers, and so much support. I never thought I'd be excited to get up at 6am to go to the gym, and yet here I am. Neither a snow storm nor sub zero temps could keep me away from a class!

Never going back there again! Racist boxing instructor, seriously how old are you and can’t act mature and make others feel small. If y’all don’t believe me go there and experience it yourself.

We went to the open house kids event today. Everyone was so kind and great with our kids. Our son has been asking to box and we found this place online. In the kids words “this was the best day”. Thank you element gym! Especially Dalton (boxing) and Tony (gymnastics)!

One of the most diverse fitness centers I've been to, which was very welcoming to me. I like the open floor set up and the variety of options you can choose from regardless of skill level.

Went for the first time to attend a circuit class - very welcoming environment and diverse. Also had a very challenging workout with an instructor who was super motivating. I would 100% recommend this gym!

Best workout in town! I drive past 5 other gyms across town for this place. Very fun, upbeat, high energy atmosphere. Members arent just a number here - its a very close knit team where everyone keeps eachother accountable.

Have been to the gym 3 times this past month and had a great time . Lots of room , many heavy bags to bang and a great staff. If you get a chance have a chat with trainer Willie Carter , a man of great character and wisdom .
