I retired in 2019 and started going to Hell Bent for fitness training, starting with the daily (well 3 days a week for me anyway) strength, density and metabolic condition classes and have really benefited from both the workouts and Jason's expertise. In 2020 my wife, Diane, and I started individualized strength training with Jason and we can see and feel the difference in our bodies. In April, 2021 we signed up for "Your Best Month Ever", a personalized health, fitness and nutrition program with both Jill and Jason. The results have exceeded our expectations. We eat better, sleep better and get more out of each of our workouts. Our attitudes towards our bodies and our outlook on our health have never been better.
