Accessible, (relatively) affordable gym open 24/7. Has all the equipment you'd want for cardio, strength, boxing, etc. workouts. Place is clean and everything seems new. I haven't taken a class yet, but have found the community at ME&I to be friendly and respectful.

My favorite gym. I have been using a personal trainer here for 5 months and love my team. It isnt busy in the morning. The evening is Poppin and hard to use equipment. Membership is affordable.
