Cancels frequently (there's about a 50/50 chance of that - 4 out of 9 appts canceled, or frequently be asked to reschedule) and often on short notice - like 20 minutes before scheduled time, on one occasion. For the high price of private instruction, I expected a little professionalism. Very disappointing.

I went to Soulhouse to see if I could get help with my back and hip. Both had been bothering me for a long time. I walked in with a limp. The next day I felt great and did not have a limp! Emily was professional and did a great of explaining all of the movements and what we were focusing on.

Emily is simply amazing! I have been taking pilates from her for years and she always keeps it fresh and fun! I’ve experienced many non-scale victories in tightening up my core after having twins, to improving my flexibility, and rehabbing my knees. She’s also a great resource for recipes, restaurants, and all things dogs!!
