This place offers a well-structured client-trainer system that has provided me a unique and engaging workout experience. It creates a sense of community, transforming the experience from a mere workout session to a more holistic journey of fitness and well-being.Additionally, the center offers complimentary weekend sessions and occasional open gym access, which include training sessions, rowing, endurance training, yoga, and even goal-setting sessions. I've been a member of StudioME since the spring of 2015, and in May 2023 Coach Robin, Coach and owner Megan and Coach Sammy organized an impressive and well planned power lifting competition for studio members. Robin is my coach and he developed an excellent training regimen that I followed for the months leading up to the competition, and this prepared me to perform at my best, and even better than I had thought was possible. Before the competition they recruited volunteers to help change weights and adjust bar positions during the event, recorded and distributed videos to explain proper form for each lift, and provided detailed guidance on what to bring to the event (food, drinks, what to wear). During the competition they lead every lifter through a comprehensive warm up, and made everyone feel great after every attempt on each exercise (squat -> bench -> deadlift). Awards were given to the top lifters at the conclusion of the event, and everyone felt proud for participating. They perpetuated the great atmosphere that you can find every day in the studio. Thanks very much to Robin, Megan, Sammy and everyone else who was involved!

Studio ME is the best! I’ve been going off and on since they opened and finally started going regularly a couple years ago. Last month they had a powerlifting meet that was a blast! I’ve never been to a gym that could make an event like that so much fun and accessible to everyone. Robin and all of the other coaches are super friendly and knowledgeable! Get in there!

I loved the Powerlifting Meet! I am 58 years, and have been weight training for a couple of years with Robin at Studio ME. I’ve never competed in an athletic competition of any kind before this competition. I’m not the biggest or strongest, but Robin coached me through it. A huge boost to my confidence!

I hate working out, but my trainer Chelsea K makes it fun and rewarding. She customizes every workout to meet my fitness level and needs so I don’t get hurt but also get a challenging workout. She is motivational without sounding like a cheerleader, and helps me keep focused on my goals. I have lost over 10 pounds and a ton of inches in a few months and increased my strength and stamina. If you are looking for a gym that is welcoming of people of all fitness levels studio me is it!

If you’re looking to get your body moving again but the thought of walking into a gym after however many years or ever overwhelms you, call StudioMe now! I just finished up the 4 weeks foundations and I’m in my second week of BootCamp, and my body is already feeling better than it did when I walked in a little over a month ago. I have been working in the restaurant industry for 10+ years so I’m always on my feet, with some physical activity/heavy lifting, and I used that as my excuse for not joining a gym. But, as a 31 year old already feeling signs of mobility issues & pain I knew I needed full body movement, strengthening, and accountability to show up. StudioMe takes the time to get to know you even before you start to ensure you’re getting the best and most efficient workout. Plus, they understand life is busy and go above and beyond to make sure you’re getting your sessions. as someone who was terrified to walk into a gym, I really appreciate how inviting the gym is, zero pretentiousness, and the trainers are genuinely enthusiastic and encouraging to every person they work with and throughout group sessions. I am a newbie (2 months!) and I am impressed with the personal trainers and exercises. I feel motivated to meet my goals and we are able to adjust activities to work around injuries I am currently recovering from. I have never used free weights or kettle balls before so this is all new for me. I think of this as an investment in my future health so I can continue to age with improved strength and flexibility.

UPDATE: Almost a year later and I felt that I needed to update my review. First and foremost, the amount of physical and lifestyle progress I have seen in the last 12 months has been incredible. I have lost close to 80lbs with the Studio ME team, completely revamped my eating through their nutrition program, and have regained so much of my strength from my college athlete days.Recently, I went through the ME12 Program that is offered through Studio ME and the results were life-changing. My strength and conditioning have never been as sharp as they were at the end of this program. All of my lifts went up in weight tremendously, and I went from never having done a pull-up in my life to getting 4 in a row. On top of all of this I am mentally clearer, wake up earlier, have more energy, and just overall feel better throughout the day. I would highly encourage ANYONE to reach out to the amazing team at Studio ME Fitness.ORIGINAL: Studio ME Fitness has been a wonderful experience since Day 1. Throughout the entire process the team there has gotten to know me, my goals, my strengths, and my weaknesses. With that knowledge they have put together a plan that is tailored to my specific needs and as a result I have seen huge progress in a relatively short amount of time. Billy, my trainer, pushes me every workout to be better - while also being incredibly friendly and fun to work with.Megan has created a workout space that fosters positivity, hard work, and results. This review is long overdue, but I wanted to take the time to share my great experience at Studio ME. I began in September 2022 with the 12 Week Transformation program. It was my first time to this gym, or any gym for that matter, in a very long time, but I was 100% dedicated. And for anyone considering this specific program, I would advise you to know that you will live and breath the transformation program in its duration, so make sure you are dedicated, as well.That said, unfortunately I was unable to finish the program. I wound up with a debilitating injury that took several months to heal. so I had to drop out. It was devastating. And before you ask, no, it wasn't due to any result of the program. In my case, it was a weird rib anomaly, totally to do with my own body structure. In fact, for any injuries, sensitivities, aches, or sores that you may be experiencing, your trainer will be able to accommodate that and come up with fantastic, equally challenging exercises.My trainer was Billy, and I couldn't recommend him more. I have always been so nervous about working directly with a trainer, but he made me feel so comfortable within even just a day, and by the end of my first week, those nerves were totally gone. He is encouraging but not pushy, pays close attention to his clients, and is an overall fantastic trainer. Megan, who owns the studio (I'm not sure if she does any training anymore or no), makes sure to regularly check-in with studio clients, organize studio events, and just keeps the positive atmosphere really going.And for results? I completed about 2 months of the transformation program. For my biology, I didn't see a lot of weight loss quite yet or inches off the waistline - I was sort of right on the precipice - but holy moly did I gain a much of muscle strength. I was accomplishing things I didn't really think were possible. For how out of shape I was, the growth was remarkable.The sad news for me is that I am now moving too far away to be able to attend this studio any longer even though I am now healed. I have been looking around the area I am moving to and keep comparing everything to Studio Me, and can only hope I find such an awesome gym or studio in my new location. If you're on the fence about joining Studio Me, I would urge you to definitely set up a consultation and check it out, at least.

I have been a member of Studio ME since 2019. The entire team is supportive and knowledgable. I love the small studio format that enables a custom plan where you are set up for success in making wellness and fitness a natural part of your life. I had a one year break when I left the Minneapolis area and could not find a situation that compared to the Studio ME experience. I am happy to be back.
