Complete lack of cpr and first aid knowledge by staff and owner. Every staff member at this location should be required to take these classes especially as fitness trainers.If you are a customer looking to start at this location, you are urged to look elsewhere.I am deeply disgusted with the unprofessionalism and absence of compassion the owner has had for my wife and her medical condition.You prioritize your "mats" over your client's health! How dare you.It took a tremendous amount my energy to keep from verbalizing my displeasment in person with you as an owner and a human being. I have chosen to write this review instead.Should you as an owner have any questions or comments, I am eager to share much more with you.However, if you prefer I can lay it all out in an updated review with much more detail.

Such a great workout. I love being able to come whenever my schedule allows me to get away from work. All of the trainers are fantastic, super welcoming and always able to provide modifications as necessary.

This gym is a waste of time and Money. I requested them to cancel my membership and you know what they told me, when you sign up they will never tell you that if you choose a month-to-month membership you are signing for at least 2 months. Gym is so crowded that you are never able to do a proper workout. Interesting part is they are keep charging me. Paying 178$ per month for a small suite size gym is not worth it at all. Very Small. GO TO OTHER PLACES.

Enjoyed a first time free session with Ramin today. He was super friendly and helpful. The workout is worth checking out and surprisingly, the staff are not trying to push you in getting membership plans. Def recommend if you’re trying to burn some calories.

Came into this 9rounds location while I was in town and was so impressed, I wish it was my regular go to studio! Ramin was extremely responsive prior to me actually going in and made everything so easy. I also worked out with Montana and Ben and have never burned as many calories during a 9 rounds workout before. I am looking forward to going in again the next time I am in town!
