Call the number and listen to the pre-recorded greeting about what a premium exercise experience EOS is. It’s laughable. The deferred maintenance is apparent on pretty much all the cardio machines, especially the stairmasters. I’ve told them a number of times machines are broken or a treadmill or bicycle or stairmaster doesn’t work. They don’t care. And they just raised rates on top of that.

Very spacious and clean gym with a variety of equipment. There is like 10 of each dumbbell and a lot of squat racks and benches. Masssage chairs are great and locker room is very clean 10/10 gym and affordable

Sean at EOS is a fantastic trainer! He is helping me so much with my strength training and overall health. Generally just a good guy!

Xavier is really great! He explained all the options that was best for my family! Most people don’t invest time in their customers, this young man did! Great job!

Large new gym with reasonable membership options. New machines, free weights and friendly staff. I highly recommend the personal training sessions with Zoey. Zoey takes the time to plan out each session to meet my needs She is thorough and knowledgeable while creating fun and motivated training.

I absolutely loved going to this gym!The equipment is amazing, price is unbelievable and open 24 hours!And of course is packed because everyone wants to go there! 😍We need one in Newport asap 😀 …

Hi Markki Petrina,Your gym memberships are predatory and I would like my money back.Allow me to explain:I got membership last year and added my girlfriend to my plan because it was cheaper. The gym was constantly packed so decided to cancel the membership and go elsewhere. I cancelled my membership in December of 2022, only to find out I’ve still been getting charged for a membership, each month until today.I called the Ladera Ranch location and was told by the Nicholas that - while the rep who helped me did indeed canceled my and my girlfriends membership, he did failed to cancel my girlfriend’s “other” account…Nicholas went on to explain that “it’s not possible to just have two people on one account, we have to make a second account. So likely what happened is the rep who canceled your membership just did not cancel your girlfriends other account”.So unbeknownst to me, I’ve been paying for a membership for the past 9 months, that I was told was canceled.Please refund the last 9 months.Thank you,

Most of my family are EOS members, and we travel alot, so it's nice when there's an EOS nearby for a workout, sauna, and hot tub session. This location in particular has more machines than most, and the staff is great. I'd like to give a special shout out to Sammy who treated us like royalty and helped us out while traveling. She's an angel! Thx!

I feel like this gym should honestly stop signing members up which obviously won’t happen. It is very packed at every hour of the day. Have to wait minimum of 30 min to get a bench. Very hot in there. Extremely dirty restrooms and sauna. Floors in the restroom/sauna are black because of the grime and dirt, mirrors are very dirty as well. Staff just talking and watching movies in their tablets when they should be cleaning the restrooms and the equipment.

EOS provides very easy gym access for those who want to workout on a budget. Their facility is brand new in Ladera with newer equipment. I always get a great workout. It is not the cleanest facility due to the fact that guests are asked to clean their own machines , this doesn’t always happen, and the equipment gets sweaty. It’s very crowded especially at peak times of day !
