Fit Body Boot Camp

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Fitbody is amazing. The coaches are super nice and push you to keep you motivated during and after workout. There is 0 judgment here. Not like the regular gyms. It is myself, husband and daughter workout together. We highly recommend doing this program!!!!

I'm so glad I found MVFBBC gym! Previous to joining I have not worked out in over 10 years so I was a bit intimidated walking into a gym. The coaches at MVFBBC are so welcoming, greeting everyone by name as they enter and they are with you throughout the workout providing encouragement and modifications for each exercise. They truly make you feel like part of a family and the workouts are challenging and FUN! HIGHLY recommend this gym to anyone, no matter where you are in your fitness goals.

Best fitness family. 30 minute workout with friendly, professional coaches who care about your well-being, and fitness. Focus is on your total health - weight, health, nutrition. Can modify your workout for injuries. I have been a member for 6 yrs and have kept 20lbs off during that time. Morning and afternoon/evening sessions make it easy to Fit into your busy day and only 30 minutes.

Great place to work out. The workouts are varied and challenging. Coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging. They provide great endurance and strength work.

Mission Viejo FBBC is awesome! Jake, John, Austin and Nina make a welcoming and fun environment. FBBC offers the best workout program out there, each day is challenging and different. This place is awesome, the staff is caring, knowledgeable and will push you to reach your goals! Definitely a tight-knit community, and it makes everything more fun because it is like a family. The facility has everything we need to get healthy and look good! Jake and John are probably the most professional, well mannered coaches I’ve ever seen in action, go check this place out.

Came down for the week for a new owners on site experience. In all honesty, it exceeded any expectation I had. From working in other franchises, I saw first hand the lack of support from their HQ's, but when it comes to Fit Body Mission Veijo, they brought it to a whole new level. There's no way I can fail with the level of support and staff they have. As long as I put in the work, with them by my side, I know my gym will dominate. 💪💯🤘
